I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses in black, silver and gold frames. All 3 pairs had scratches on the lens of each pair, and I reported this to the owner Gary Richardson and he emailed me a return label so I could return them for a full refund as they do not do exchanges. Upon receiving my return order, the unprofessional attitude, lies and horrible customer service began. Gary stated that he and two other people could not find the scratches on the glasses, which is just a plain lie, and I politely suggested that he and those two other people have their vision checked as I also had other people confirm the scratches were their before I returned my order and that the scratches were obvious and visible. He also told me that I received the quality of sunglasses that I paid for, which is a nice way of saying that since I didn't pay too much for these sunglasses that I shouldn't complain about scratches on them. I reminded him that it doesn't matter how much I paid, I paid for new and unscratched sunglasses, and that's what I should have received. He then refused to give me a full refund and withheld my original shipping charges, and even charged me for the return of the order, even though he sent me 3 defective glasses to begin with. Because I received a damaged order and this was not a case of "buyers remorse", I should have received a full refund including my shipping charges as any other company would have done out of fairness and as a courtesy to the customer. And to top it all off, Gary even had the nerve to tell me to never shop with him again. Did he really think I would come back after this horrible treatment and the obvious lies he is telling to avoid giving a full refund? I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company, and I am now in the process of doing a chargeback on my credit card for the full amount, and am also making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and possibly to my State Attorney General's office for fraud. Do not purchase from this company, because if they sent me 3 pairs of sunglasses with scratches on them and then treated me so poorly and refused to give me a full refund, just imagine how they will treat you if there are any problems with your order.
