I made a major mistake in 2006 in agreeing to work with Vadim Tsatskin, to whom I was introduced to
as having a legitimate oil and gas drilling company, registered in the Bahamas and drilling in the
lower Appalachian Basin in the US. I was lied to by Vadim Tsatskin about the potential of the wells. It turned out to be a total out and out
scam and he was found to be a co-conspirator with two people from Kentucky, Bryan Coffman and
Gary Milby when they put together a conspiracy between them in 2005. I worked for a time and then resigned and reported Vadim Tsatskin and all his Russian counterparts to
the police as I had been so severely abused and feared for my life. The involvement with this group, left me bankrupt and mentally disabled. I was formally a high level
executive working in past for such companies as People's Jewellers, A. E. LePage, Franciotti Euromart,
in Canada plus UBS and Ifexco in Switzerland and the Harry Schultz International Letter in London, England. I have tried to return to work time after time since 2008 and with no success. I live on a small disability pension whereas I was accustomed to a lst class level of life. Vadim Tsatskin to avoid taking major responsibility for his out and out scam, reported me to the OSC
as the person who owned the company, which was out and out perjury. And lied to the OSC that
I owned the company and he only joined in 2008 as an agent. Where in fact, the company was
registered in the Bahamas as an IBS in 2006 in his name only as sole proprietor and he had entered into a conspiracy with Gary Milby and lawyer/partner in Kentucky who ran the banking under American Oil and Gas in 2005. In went bankrupt in 2009 when I tried to build an international medical research foundation which was
my life dream to do and because of the world economy failed. By the time the company was listed by the OSC in 2009, I was bankrupt and unable to retain counsel and there was no one to assist me financially to retain counsel. I am still haunted by the lies I was told which in turn I advised people thinking it was the actual truth
and it was far from it. I feel tremendously sorry for all the people who were advised this was an up
and up deal as I believed it was. With my mental disabilities, I was unable to assist my elder sister, Katherine, with her illnesses and she died. The same thing with my mother, who had health challenges and I could not help her properly and she is now in a home as a result where she is tremendously unhappy after being independant for 81 years and expected to stay in his home of 17 years until she passed on with her adored little dog, they were real soulmates. They have been my most trusted friends in my 58 years of life. I am left with no friends after my bankruptcy, I am reclusive, and my life is not worth living.
