Samuel Balducci, owner of Giant Fitness, is a terrible person. The guy called me and told me that my membership was being canceled and that he didnt need my ten dollars. Yet he is a money hungry guy that only cares about himself. They make up their own rules!! My complaint about the gym is that its over crowded. You cant touch that gym on a Monday through Thursday afternoon. Theirs never any parking,i always had to park in the back. The contract locks you in for one year, any cancellation will charge you 6 months of membership fees. They dont offer any classes, basketball court, studio room, or real lifting equipment. The treadmills have electrical faults because they turn on by themselves.(WATCH OUT) Lastly, the bathrooms have plumbing problems, it really smells in that place. Plus they accidentally double charged me so WATCH out for that. Lastly, the reason i was removed from the gym is because i was making a small bit of noise when i was working out. So now you cant breath when working out, you have to be kidding me!!! My advice, steer clear of the Giant Fitnessand pay the extra dollar for a quality club,like LA fitness or club fitness the truth is hes not worth my ten dollars. That man will end up alone, with all that money still wallowing in his own self pity.
