Gerard Bourcier is a thief. Please be very cautious when dealing with this man. He quite simply takes money from people in exchange for services and then ignores you as if he never requested such. I am making an assumption here, but I only partially fault the man considering it is likely due to some sort of uncontrollable urge or disease.....he habitually lies and cheats people.

My claim must be small...but considering my age and physical condition it is likely he targets people like me....stealing in my short addage only $5000....but in the process hurting other people for which he will never be forgiven....
