Jose Maleki alais Hussein Maleki, Mohammand Hussein Maleki: BEWARE OF JOSE MALEKI NOT Contractor but DRUG DEALER: This man Jose Maleki is not a contractor nor does he have a licence or any papers in regards to being a contractor, construction or builder. States he also have a company for painting which after investigating he hasn't ever paid tax nor is it registered. Jose didn't have any money to pay for his so called office (ended up being his apartment), paint for house & supplies which he asked me for. Like a fool I felt sorry for him since story was really a big sob, almost making me cry. Lent $4,500 to him (plus paid for his personal expenses which were thousands of $) - end of job he refused to pay me back for any supplied, my salary for working for him or personal YES similar to others and companies I was RIPPED OFF. Jose also fraud the insurance company with his friend that we painted the house for which I notified insurance company once I was knowledgable. Part of his sob story was Jose dug out another clients basement, hit the pipe with water up to his waist, plus Jose owed a disabled man in wheel chair (ex-friend) $6,000 - I thought he needed money to pay back with money from our job, not the case, he had no insurance on his business refused to pay water damage and repairs, other man he owned $6,000 he refused to pay back or take phone calls which were hundreds of calls. Great now he has all this money! What does he do with all this money that basically he's RIP-OFF of people and the insurance company? Jose goes to US smuggles cocaine in truck, I viewed when I walked into his office/apartment unexpectedly, overflowing large turkey platter with a kid of 20 yrs old there to buy and others there to sample. Not too bright to state this to me. The sad part, there isn't anything that can be done unless you spend a lot of time, money and energy taking this low-life to court. even more money with a lawyer. To prove it is another story since people like Jose are liars and con-man and so experienced in RIPPING-Off PEOPLE and with a reputation of being a drug dealer you have to be so careful. It's extremely hard to deal with a compulsive LIAR, THIEF, FRAUD and DRUG DEALER. People such as Jose are so nice and pleasant at first - that's how the con you in. Yes, he did cause me considerable problems when I asked and wrote him requesting my money, the police didn't do anything - when investigating with a lawyer I found out that he is an INFORMANT for the police. People don't apply to be informants with the police unless they make a deal for their dishonest previous actions. The good news is that we drove together to the job site in his green 2 door pick-up truck and weren't in an accident, later found out that he had no insurance for car and Government took his LICENCE away since he owned $40,000 to Government Child Support.

Now he is Ripping people off with fraud car scams and insurance companies once again. This man Jose never stops RIPPING OFF people and companies with his seedy business so people BEWARE. Description: Jose has black hair, most time long, 6'4", 190 lbs. lean, soft spoken (mistaken for gentleness), most times dresses in dirty clothes so people think he is in construction or works, born in Iran, lives with a girl Elena. refer to as his wife when it is his daughter, she helps with frauds car cases, works from his home/office 35 Nipigon Ave in North York (Toronto) Ontario. View Complaints Report on Internet for details. JOSE's REAL JOB: cocaine, opium drug dealer. He's not to bright to state he used opium drugs on Internet in Complaints Report. I now have a video with Jose & his drugs with friends. That is his real job.
