After researching several companies online that offer logo design services, I chose garysimon.net as it was promised that a 2-way consultation service was provided, whereby I could interact with the creator (I assume his name is Gary Simon) to get the best possible logo for my company website. All went well at first. He responded within 4 days (1 day longer than advertised, but I can live with that) and I liked the design. However, I asked him if I could come back with a background colour change. He responded by telling me that the logo had a transparent background, so should work with whatever background i choose on my website. He then told me to download the logo and take a look at it. He also asked me to contact him if I had any more issues. So far so good. However, when trying the logo on my website the transparent background on the logo is not working properly and the download files were not presented in the way he promised. I tried contacting him through the medium on his website, as well as separately to his email address but have heard nothing from him in 3 weeks now. Unfortunately, after looking at this website (Ripoffreport) , it looks to be a recurring problem with Gary Simon. I did not want to go this route but feel I have no alternative.
