I placed two accounts for sale and submitted the information required and accepted the offers. Orders was placed on 8-20-11. One of the accounts' information has been changed and the other hasn't been touched. Even with one of the accounts having the information changed the tracking number still shows : processing. This company says they pay before the account information is changed. With my experience this is not the case, they claim to have 24-7 live chat and that is not true I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the (human agent) and the last 3 days I have been told the live chat is helping other customers blah blah blah. They must have a very high customer rate if they have been tied up for 72 hours straight with previous orders or whatever the excuse is. I would just like to receive my payments for my 2 accounts. I would also like for companies that offer services as (no information changed until customer is paid) to do as they say. Until i hear anything back I am considering this website a scam (the feedback says otherwise) but you would think customer service would come first but this does not seem to be the case. 12 - 24 hours is the process time they give and allow up to 96 hours if using money wire or western union. 72 hours is plenty of time to review a account and send a payment. |

Woke up this morning with a password reset email from sony. I went to check it out and my email had been changed on the account. I called sony and someone had called them about this account with a sum of information (required for purchase) I gave them the original information *CC* CDKey* etc. Tag Squad
(gametag), no that was not from our company. Please change the password to something unique and make sure whomever is trying to get into your account remains locked out.

After i responded with the information, Gametag - Tag Squad closed communication lines (after they received my new passwords to the accounts)
This is now 5 days after submitting and they have "attempted" to steal my accounts 3 times now. |

Gametag has contacted me again via email. close this issue as they will not process my order with a open complaint. |
