| On May 8, 2011, I needed some assistance with a school academic writing exercise. I gave Essaytown.com my project guidelines and I told them that I needed it back by May 10, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon. A Mark Dee's name was attached to my case. The specified time came and went and I received NOTHING! No email, no phone call, NOTHING! They debited my checking account for $60.00 though. Once this payment posts to my account, I am going to my back to file a criminally fraudulent complaint against ESSAYTOWN.COM. Stay away from them because it is a fraudulent operation. |

I am writing this message to respond to Andre's complaint. At first we did not have a writer assigned to his order which he was notified about. He was then informed prior to the requested date and time that we had a writer working on his order but they would need additional time to accommodate the request. The response received from Andre was that he no longer wanted the order and opted for a refund instead which was honored. We have pasted the information below from our billing system to show this transaction was indeed refunded.
Furthermore, we attempted to contact Andre via telephone but ironically the phone number he provided was invalid so we were unable to reach him. The allegations set forth by Andre in this post that we are a fraudulent company are completely false and libelous. We kept Andre completely informed of this situation and gave him a 100% refund when he requested it.
We have informed our attorney of this situation and if this libelous post is not removed shortly, he will take further legal action.

I would like to recant my previous statement concerning Essaytown. I was given a full and fair refund since no writer was able to take my writing case. Essaytown is not a criminal or fraudulent company. I made a terrible mistake and I deeply apologize for the misunderstanding. I hope this serves as proof of my sincerity. Thanks.

| Essay Town are complete CRIMINALS! I paid $720 - they delivered NOTHING - and NO refund. I cannot believe the crap they write warning about other fraudulent services, when they steal money and do not respond to email, nor honour ANY promises. Essay Town are crooks, and liars. They deserved to be hung. |
