In November, the week of 13-20, 2011 I was in touch with Alex â€˜s Towing Company located on 8600 nw 27 ave Miami Fl. 33147, trying to get my car towed from Orlando to Miami. Finally Alex told me that he will have the car pick up on 11/21/11, (no one showed up), 11/22/11 (no one showed up), finally on 11/23/11 a driver showed up and took the car (I wasnâ€™t informed of this). I talk to my sister after Thanksgiving to find out that someone had pick up the car. I call Alex and he stated that the car would be here on Monday. Now this company pick up the car on 11/23/11 and didnâ€™t delivery it until 11/29/11. I found out that Alex had hire a company name G & G Towing Transport located in Kissimmee FL, to bring the car to Miami. Well when I got my car it I couldnâ€™t get it out of park, so now thatâ€™s going to cost me money because my car is stuck in park and cannot move. Second all my tools that was in the trunk is missing , craftsman mechanics tool set, tool box with lock, center cut bolt cutler, misc. wrenches and a hydraulic jack plus they took the key off the key ring that went to the tool box(now thatâ€™s sad!). When I call Alexâ€™s he stated itâ€™s nothing he can do because when the driver pick up the car, we didnâ€™t sign any paper stating that there was items in the car. Well, we wasnâ€™t never told to sign any papers or ask where their any items in the car. After a few dozen calls trying to reach someone at G & G towing, finally after my girlfriend call from a different number she spoke to Mr. Gonzalo Gutierrez (Carlos) who stated he will call his driver and call us back, still waiting on that call. After a day I call him back he stated we didnâ€™t sign any paper nothing he can do to call Alex. On December 1, 2011 I made a police report with Orange County, Case no 11-105165. Both of these Company got paid, I got scam and my car is damage. This is a 1970 Chevrolet Caprice Classic, which is going to cost me money to have tow to a mechanic shop and repaired.
