Futch Printing & Mailing Fugly Printing, Poor Service, Expensive for Crap Quality of Printing Jacksonville, Florida

I am a graphic designer that just graduated college and had to move back home. Well around the time that I graduated I didn't have time to get my portfolio printed, so I researched print places in Jacksonville. I called and emailed around and this place would print my portfolio. Not only was it hard for me to find and when I got into to the store I almost hurt my foot because there was a step up and nothing was marked so that you would know. The lady that was at the desk was a little rude, and when she gave me my portfolio I almost started crying when I saw the quality of the work. The quality of the work that was printed had streaks, marks, lines, banding, it looked like the ink was still wet when it wasn't, changed colors around and not a 25 dollar a page deal. I asked her if there was a way that this could be better, and so she went into the back of the store, came out and said no. The only way it could have been better was if it was printed on a press. It is too much of a hassle to get stuff printed when you need it done, and they will rip you off. So if you ask me I would not go there at all, it is not worth the trouble, time, and money!
