i also live in Australia and placed my free trial order 2 weeks ago. So far nothing has arrived and tonight my credit card was charged $ 79. I rang the company no in Australia and was told i would be refunded in 3-5 days. Wait and see i guess. In the mean time im off to the bank tomorrow to block any further debits. Not good enough!!

I live in New Zealand and ordered the free trial believing that it was completely free. Unfortunately I didn't read the terms and conditions. I was shocked to see a debit of $100 from my credit card account when I checked it today. I'm pretty angry with them because I believe they deceived me. I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew I'd have to pay full price for the product. I don't care whether it works or not; I don't like the way they're doing things.

My wife filled out a survey that promised a free bottle of JUVENEU. She paid the 1.99 shipping charge, guess what, when we got our credit card bill we had 2 charges on it one for 84.71 on august 8/8 and another for 89.66 on 8/23. We did receive the sample bottle but nothing else. We have called the company a dozen times and the phone number listed says it is no longer in existence. Our credit card co. Bank of American has been totall un-helpful saying we have signed a contract that allows them to send the stuff to us forever until we can cancel.
We have sent e-mails asking for cancllation but no confirmation. Amanda Gilbert from Bank of America, a supervisor was useless and I believe lied to me because she was to lazy to help. She said she was in contact with them by using the phone number that I used and they said they were closed for the Holiday. I called BofA back today, they called JUVENUE again, and now BofA told me they could not wait for the company to answere. so I can just go suck a fish.
I don't know who is worse JUVENEU or Bankl of America.

These scams are well known and are a ruse to get your card details. The only way to counter it, is to cancel your card and get a new one as you have given permission for them to take what they like when they like. You may get your money back but they will claim the returned goods didn't arrive, so you can whistle for your refund. There is another similar site that charges only $1 and the mail charge alone is more than that but the end prize of course, is that they have accessed your bank details, SO CANCEL YOUR CARD !

I was looking forward to the trial bottle of Juveneu arriving. It has not arrived and I have already been charged $84 for it. I thought the least they could do was give me what I bought. Now I don't believe a product even exists! Now to try to terminate the contract, can't wait for that fun!

I ordered a Juveneu Trial for the postage cost of $1.99 online not long ago and the product never came. Then I googled Juveneu for any Internet info about this product/company and found a quite few people have posted their blogs to raise the awareness of this fraud. The false transaction of $86 was listed on my credit card when I checked. I reported to the Commonwealth credit card section and the card is then cancelled, the money is refunded and the investigation of that frequent part is lodged. I urge all people who have dealt with Juveneu to report the fraud to their banks and hopefully the criminal behind this will be caught soon.

Like many of you I fell for the scam also. I ordered the Juveneu Trial, recieved nothing and was charged $84 AUD for the priviledge! Fortunately I noticed the charge within a day of it occuring and have since cancelled my card. My bank informed me that they had recieved many such incidents. I will be lodging a dispute form in an attempt to recover the lost money, fingers crossed. We have all learnt a valuable lesson!

I live in New Zealand and purchased the $ 1.99 free trial, I found my credit card has been debited
$105.74. It is vertually impossible to contact Juveneu via email to complain, and I still risk
being further debited for products not ordered.
REALLY PISSED OFF, Never again

Don't ever deal with Hydrozyme - they are linked to Juveneu. I was sent a "gift" from Juveneu and then was charged $79. This was unsolicited. They denied being associated but my card number was obviously shared. Have had to cancel my card.

Yep scam. dont waste time or energy on it. consider it a write off and cancel your card. The crappy thing is...even with all these people saying the same the the banks cant put a stop on the scammer. How can this be? People can just operate illlegaly and just draw your money?
