| I ordered a 14 day free trail for a wrinkle reducer.I got it in the mail on the 7th day and on the terms and agreement it said it would take atleast 7 days with your RMA # to be processed.So I went back and there were 3 phone #'s to call to get this RMA number 1 was US !-866-881-1138 the reply on the other end was 52-3 the other 2 were UK.and Australia,I even tried to call them no answer.I have found a web site by just luck.I have been on the computer for 4 hours.I found Acai return policy and it had Juveneu wrinkle reducer return policy with a # 888-222-5907 rings once and then (DEAD)The product says it comes from England and the package was from Fulfillment Center in Georiga.They intend to charg my credit card Aug.25th will be 14 days.I had to put a hold on my card.This is a RIPOFF |

| I also fell for the $1.90 trial but got Juveneu as well as hydroxatone 2jars they took $110.00 out of my card and the hydroxatone were about to take $150.00 I cancelled my card and just said that I lost iot the person who cancelled my card saw the Juveneu amount and I think she new straight away - from new zealand - hint you have to say that you have lost your card other wise its a rigmarole. |

| I ordered a free sample actually there was a small cost thast was all I ordered the first sample came since then I have had two bottles sent that I did not order dont go near this company i am going to have them blocked off my bankcard . |

I signed up for a trial of juveneau anti wrinkle serum several months ago and received the product.
Since then they keep sending the product and charging my account. The product arrives from:

It is in an envelope, marked as a gift and described as a Non Medicinal dietry supplement valued at US$2.00. There is no paperwork in the packages.
I am charged AU$85.21 each time I receive the product. I have emailed customer customer [email protected], twice, in order to cancel any future deliveries of the product and to date have not yet received a response. I have no other contact details . |

This is a total crock! what a rip off scam. i ordered the trial packs at 1.99 @, i received 1 at 1.99 then 2 completely different products came through and our credit card charged for 3 seperate amounts, 1 @ $90.39, 1 @ $114.21 and 1 @ $113.03. I received no paperwork what so ever. These people need to sort thier *%#@ out and stop ripping innocent people off. I for one want my money back!!! If anyone at this company has any decency they will contact me before i take legal action.

| Everyone got me EXTREMELY freaked out reading this page, because last night I ordered the 1.99 Free Trial of juveneu, yet when I called the phone number, (I live in US), it was answered right away and I was able to talk with a customer service representative. She gave me an extra 14 days on the trial, and said I could call back and cancel anytime. Do you think they were being legitimate? The lady was very helpful on the phone, but all of these scam scares are making me nervous. She said that as long as I give the product a try for a few days, then I can call back and cancel the account so they cannot further charge my card, I hope she was being honest. If I don't receive the product then I will be really pissed, and if they charge me more money i will too. I can't even pay rent this month!!! So this simply cannot happen right now if it's a scam. ARGHH!!! I wish I knew the truth. guess I'll wait and see... |

| Have just had another £53 taken from my account. Total £106. these people need sorting out. You will need to go to your bank and cancel the account. Hope this helps other people. |

| I thought I was getting a free trial, how wrong can you be, when credit card statement arrived debited in total for £177.80. Contacted card company to be told should have read terms and conditions, have cancelled card and been issued with another with a different number so hopefully this will stop them taking any more of my hard worked for money. E-mailed them six times to cancel but not had any response, they have now sent more of the product but hopefully can't get payed, I was going to return it but have decided to just hang on to it unopened see if I get a response now. |
