| I contacted The Reaching U network when I was distraught fighting to save my home from foreclosure. I was talked into setting up a auto debit of $750/month for 4 months to Freedom Legal. I sent all my documentation of my original loan for a forensic loan audit. I did contact an attorney who was working with them. He submitted a Loan modification but never got paid from freedom legal. $750 x 4 = $3000.00 scam! I contacted Noteworld who is there servicer. They set up an account to have the funds with drawn on a specific date each month. I signed up in April 2011. I cancelled my contract on the 20th of July so they would no longer be able to take funds from my account. My attorney has since withdrawn his connection with Freedom legal and does not expect to receive compensation.I now have to pay him directly to help. Total scam. They ripped me off $3000.00 and never sent back my documents. Criminals! |

Im in the same situation!!! They are full of crap! Please give me a call at 630-768-0061 I am taking legal action and I'm concerned about everyone else in a bad situation like us. These jerks are taking us for a ride. Lets fight back.

| Stay the hell away from Freedom Legal Plan one big ass scam. They took me for $1800 with a so call forensic analysis of your loan. They start by saying it will be 2-3 months then they say a lawyer will contact you for a consultation. Well he did David Gerowitz with Litvin Law Firm, it's been 3 weeks and nothing. So if they happen to call you hang up the phone immediately. |

I have found other complaints on the web about this outfit. The Reaching you network web site-- saying they are non-profit is just to get your trust. They get there money through Freedom legal plan. It has been difficult to find these complaints. Ripoff report.com FINALLY this week is showing 2 complaints.
The company buys credit reports, I believe to find who is in trouble.
I was contacted by a "Reggie", he gave me his cell phone number. He asked what state I was in, Maryland I told him. To put the Urgency into the call to get me to over-react, he said Maryland was a non-judicial state and the bank could at any moment have me thrown out of my house. My attorney had told me different months ago. So I knew this guy was smoking weed wrapped in scammed customer's 100 dollar bills.
He gave me the web site, etc.
I googled last week and found a lengthy complaint last week, but now can't find it, so I sumurized some of it above. |

Received a call from Vanessa Jones 954-376-4583 for a Loan modification by telling me that their company are a non-profit company and helping out people to get their loan modified for free.
After couple days later she called back and tried to register me for a free consultation with an attorney but noticed that they want to charge me a $750/month for their services!
The next day I google them and found out that they are big time SCAM.

They have scammed me too!!! I have spent $ 6, 750.00 and 9 months for them to tell me I dont
have a case to dismiss mortgage. All they say is we can get you another attorney when they
know there is nothing they can do or dont even have a defense. It took them 9 months to
tell me no case. They are scams, Reaching U Network told me they were 95% sucessful
what a crock of poop. Please everyone start calling the attorney generals office, better business,
lets shut these people down so they cant scam anymore people in the same boat as us. |
