Four Seasons Sun Room Advanced Builders, Owner Tom Advanced Builders, AKA Four Seasons Sun Room, will not guarantee to stop leaks!!!!! Utica, Internet

I hired Advanced Builders in Utica, Michigan to do a "turn-key" addition of a Four Season Sun Room. It took them a year to complete the job, since the original doors did not fit, the wrong glass was installed in one section, and lots of the aluminim frame was dented and scratched and had to be painted on location. The room leaked in several locations the first winter and spring, so they attempted to fix it, it leaked again the second winter and spring, so they attempted again. However, by the third year they did not want to keep attempting to fix it, even though they had cut off sections of the house and installed a flat section of roof that is obviously the problem and should be replaced. They now want to charge me for service calls, even though there was a "guarantee" of their workmanship, and I have never gone a single year without a leak! $32,000 down the drain! I have tried caulking everything in sight, but everytime it rains hard, I get leaks where they connected the new sunroom to the original wall and roofing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, friend or foe!
