Fountain Source (aka: Gordon Rose) installed a new fountain pump (supposedly) in my front yard area. The pump worked for approximately 2 weeks only after paying him $325. I called him to report that the pump stopped working and he didn't come out for another two weeks (kept putting me off saying he was busy). Not sure who came out to replace the pump (because I was at work) but this pump stopped working after a month. Now I've been trying to contact Fountain Source and Gordon Rose's cell phone number and the main number for Fountain Source has a recording saying that the mailbox is full and not accepting any more messages. I tried to fax a note to Gordon and it failed so the fax number must be gone too. I've left two messages on his cell phone number with no return call to me. He must have pulled up roots to his "shameful" scam of a business and I probably got stuck with an old used pump and he has my money!! Do not use this company!! He is not who he says he is, even though he has a license number to do business. Do not trust Gordon Rose or Fountain Source for anything!!!!!!!
