Forest Green Waste Service Forest Green Billing for service I did not recieve have audio clips. Harrison, Ohio

This issue all started back in Febuary of 2012. I ordered a 2 yard dumpster from Forest Green for some remodeling we were doing at our home. Forest Green came to my home and agreeed to give me a 2 yard dumpster with wheels for 60.00 a month with weekly pickup. After recieving the dumpster Forest Green picked it up 2 times, on time and then after that 3 weeks went by and the dumpster was starting to stink I had called them 4 times and requested them to pick up the dumpster, only to be told that it had been picked up and that they would talk to their driver. After a few more days I called again and let them know that the dumpster was still there and was told that the driver again said he picked it up, but that they would be sending out the manager to pick it up promptly, that manager never showed. These phone conversations went on for an additional week, until finally we sent pictures of the dumpster STILL FULL of garbage to Forest Greens customer service email, since the lady on the phone told me it had been picked up many times and was saying that I was lying. Forest Green decided to pickup the dumpster, finally and without letting me know in advance, dropped me off 2 waste cans and took the dumpster. Forrest Green said it would be easier on their driver and that the problems should be resolved. They also set my trash day up at the same day as the city removal company, Rumpke. Every time I would set the trash out it was picked up, EVERYTIME. It wasn't until I took an early shift at work for a few weeks that I realized that Rumpke NOT Forest Green had been picking up my trash, I waited to see if Forest Green showed after Rumpke had been down my street and they did not, bringing me to the realization that Forest Green was charging me and Rumpke was picking up my trash. Forest Green had sent me a bill after dropping off my wheeled garbage cans. I called them to let them know that they hadnt picked up my trash in months and told them I'm not paying for the service since the city has been picking up my cans. The lady on the phone insisted I still have to pay for the service. I told her after all the problems I have had with their company to come get the cans and hung up the phone. I do have all conversations recorded and pictures saved. Ohio is a one party state and only one party needs to know the conversation is being recorded. They left their cans in my possession for another six plus months AFTER I told them to come and get them, so I set them out weekly and as usual RUMPKE picked them up no problem until they FINALLY last month took their cans. I still to this day recieve harrassing phone calls from a collection agency, that tell anyone who answers the phone who they are, what they are calling about and how much I owe, which is against the law. Those conversations are as well recorded. You shouldn't have to work this hard to get something you paid for, especially waste removal.
