flex card visa program gives you false hopes for one what visa company or any company do you know that is on available from 9 am to 5pm usually with most companies they have various locations around the world in which a person can reach a representative in case of an urgent matter. any way besides the fact that they are only open 9 am to 5pm now beginning the week 12/12/11 their phone system is supposedly down and would not be back up until 12/16/11 "sounds like vacation time to me at any rate why would visa only have one location in which they would have to close down the entire system and revert everyone to email. which might i add the email does not even work i received numerous emails from [email protected] but can not actually reply to the emails. now i am not even able to contact them on phone nor email and I just would like to receive my down payment back and see that this company is stopped once and for all and that there are no more victims of this scamming company who preys on the weak knowing that there are people who are looking for a second chance to redeem themselves in the credit world. its a shame that there are people out there that will take your money and give you false hopes especially around the holidays.
