Numerous times I told Chuck that I would be leaving town on Monday December 20, 2010 and that I would need the product to arrive before then. Chuck told me that the order should arrive the coming Wednesday or Thursday (December 15th or 16th) and I would receive a call when it arrived. After not receiving any call concerning my order I called them myself to inquire about it Wednesday afternoon (Dec 15th).

I spoke to Dennis who told me that the cover hadn't arrived and that I would get a call when it did. Once again I explained that I would be leaving Greenville on Monday. I called again Friday (Dec. 17th) after yet again receiving no calls from them about my order. I spoke to Chuck who said he didn't know why the order hadn't arrived yet and that they would call when it arrived, on Monday Dec 20th.

I decided to not leave for my road trip home until Tuesday (Dec 21st) instead since supposedly the truck cover would arrive on Monday (Dec 20th). Chuck gave me the UPS tracking number for my truck cover to keep track of it myself. The UPS information showed that I had not been billed for my order until Dec 15th and the product was not shipped until Dec. 15th as well, even though I placed the order on December 11th.

As of today December 20, 2010 I have checked the UPS tracking information and it shows my truck cover arrived at 2:48 pm and was signed for by Mosley. I still have not received a phone call and it is now 4:26 pm. The Greenville, NC Leonard Buildings and Trucking Accessories have shown they lack professionalism in the area of customer service. I will not be doing any business with them in the future, neither will my father-in-law.
