Fisher shipping co. LLC Fisher Shipping Does Not Deliver as Promised! Worcester, Massachusetts

I contaced Fisher shipping co on March 11, 2011. I needed a pickup truck shipped from my home in Fall River, MA to my son, in the Army, at Fort Polk, LA. The rep. at Fisher said, "no problem", we can pick it up in a few days. I said It needed to be there on the weekend as he is not available to receive it during the week. Again, "no problem", a truck will pick it up ny Wednesday, this week, and your son will have it by the weekend. Wednesday came and went, no truck. I called, they will be there tomorrow for sure, still no truck. I called on Friday, " It will be on the truck by noontime today" Tina assured me. No one came. I called on Monday, "a truck will be there by Wednesday for sure! I reminded her that I just heard that last week from her. Wednesday came and went, no truck. i called on Thursday, Tina says, "good news"! we have a truck going to Texas, from Fall River, leaving on Thursday! They will pick up your truck by noon time. No truck showed up. I told Tina that if they couldn't get a truck by Friday, then I will drive it there myself because my son had to have it by the weekend and she said "don't worry, it will be on the truck by noontime Friday, your son will have it by Sunday afternoon!", No truck showed up Friday. I called Fisher shipping on Friday afternoon, Tina, is "not in", of course, The guy that answered says he will call her cell and get right back to me. He calls me back, ( the first time anyone from Fisher has ever called me back ), He says he couldn't get ahold of Tina, (lie), BUT there isn't any truck scheduled to pick my truck up, they can pick it up NEXT WEEKEND! I can't write down how pissed off I was (am), but I ended up telling him to take my name off of the truckers "board", I will drive it myself. What a waste of my time Fisher Shipping was! At least if they would have told me it would be a couple, or few, weeks, and not kept promising me pickup times that didn't exist, I could understand, but my son got screwed because of them as I could have drove it to him myself over a 3 day weekend I had last week.. That is why I had asked Tina if they could actually ship it this weekend and I told her I could drive it myself if they couldn't deliver but she screwed me and my son. The gut just said, OK, I will remove your name, like they didn't just screw me and they do it all the time!
