fullmovies.com Will not honor 60-day satisfaction or your money back Internet

This site sends out an email, "Netflix Alernative" The offer a service to download movies. Their guarantee is that if you are not satisfied in the first 60 days, they will refund your money 100%. Even with fast cable, the movies take about 2 hours to download on my computer. The movies I downloaded had very bad resolution. I was not satisfied. I used the customer service form from Fullmovies asking for a refund because I was not satisfied. They replied telling me that they are constantly updating the number of movies and how I can search for movies by name (which does not appear on the members page. You can only search by genre.) I responded to their email saying that I didn't think they read my email and stated again that I wanted a refund. The responded again with an email about the same as their first reply, and did not address the issue of a refund. I have read on the internet that this is their scam - they keep sending back responses, but once 60 days are up you are no longer entitled to a refund. I have filed a claim with PayPal. I also followed the suggestion found on this site to contact ClickBank who handles the transaction. As unhappy as I am with the things that have transpired with Netflix the last couple months, I am sticking with them. The quality is great and I don't have to wait a few hours to see the movie and then watch it in poor resolution. I can run down to the local video store and get a movie for 5 days for 89cents, have it watched and returned in the amount of time it takes to download from FullMovies.
