First house financial BE AWARE OF ANY AD ON CRAIGSLIST THAT SAYS $620/MONTH 1 BR APT ca, California |

first house financial is a scam. they dont send you a list of places to rent. Instead they sent you list of foreclosure homes which you are able to research online on your own. They post ads on craigslist and after your card is charged two dollars that ad is removed. Their ads usually say there's 1 bedroom apartment for rent for $600 dollars or so. When you call and speak to someone, they twist the situation. They say the houses are rent to own. Mind you, this is after you have already paid. To cancel your account they charge you $5.00 extra. While I was on the phone with one agent, I heard other agents talking to other callers and asking them when they had applied, etc. To make a long story short, these callers had to go through the same process, I went through. The point is that they are ripping off plenty of people everyday and they are profiting off charging for registration and cancellation fee. Someone needs to take legal action against them |

Hello,
What we provide are Notice of Defaults which provide you with a lot of options but are not necessarily the best (unless by luck) the quickest to obtain a deal on. Often times the homeowners want to wait until the last minute so they may call you in the future when they run out of options. If you need to move quickly we recommend visiting the County Courthouse and find out whose being served now and evicted soon; you'll be far more likely to obtain a quick closing with these individuals. Thank you!

Yes, That is right. @ David.
Many homeowners are facing eviction notices and are eager to sell. Many have jeapordized their credit and equity in one hit. This makes it very possible to find good equity in a property you choose; with the right instructions.
Often times firsthousefinancial find that for the investment of a rental you can find great deals with pre-foreclosures. Afterall, you would no longer have to pay a landlord's profit! |
