First Data Merchant Services First Data should be taken to court for unethical business practice!!! Coral Springs, Florida

I was referred to First Data by International Bank Of Commerce (IBC). Since I have an account with the bank, the manager suggested that I use First Data to process credit card transactions for my business. The Manager also mentioned that they have an agreement with First Data and hence at that point it made more sense to call the Customer Rep to explore credit card processing options. Casey landers, the customer rep from First Data showed up one late evening and rushed us through the contract. She did a very poor job of explaining the different fees. All she mentioned was the monthly lease agreement fees and then the transaction fee. We signed the contract on 10/22/2010 and within a week, our bank account was hit with a HUGE annual fee. Neither did Casey warn us nor did anyone else from the corporation called us!! Since my business was new, I did not have enough funds in my account and therefore without my knowledge, this got moved to the Collections department. This, being an outside agency, was extremely rude when we called and asked for an explanation! Its been a MENTAL TURMOIL for me since then. Casey refused to give her supervisor's number even after calling her like a zillion times! There has been absolutely NO SUPPORT from this corporation and they continue to cheat us in the name of fees!! I have a very small business that supports under-privileged women. So by cheating me, First Data is actually taking away the livelihood of these innocent women!!!! When asked if we could cancel our agreement, we were told to pay $595 as termination fee. This again was never mentioned to us by the incompetent rep. At this point, I am extremely agitated and upset and I want JUSTICE. I read other scam reports on First Data and I would like to join hands with other victims to make sure the management of this company is put behind bars!!!
