I purchased a ring from the website ( ), I called immediately to cancel the order because it was double ordered, called again, called again, called again, emailed, emailed emailed, called. They ignored me, sent out the ring anyways after I had paid in full up front. Their website states they offer money back gaurantee for anyone not 100% happy with the product so I followed the specific instructions and provided tracking information to them via the returns email provided. The packaged was delivered back to them within 5 business days of getting it and after 2 months of trying to contact these people I want to make everyone aware of them. They stole my money and refuse to call me back or return emails. I'm not the only one look at the wonderful fan page they have on facebook and read all the negative comments: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Salt-Lake-Silver-Ring-Co/51512185927 A trip to my bank to file a fraud case and a nice report to the better business bureau will be next.
