| Finfrock - We will wake you up at 6:30 Am- trash your yard - and assume no responsibility for our actions &/or negligence. Word out to anyone considering hiring Finfrock - the suit and tie guys are not going to come out and grab a shovel or hop in the bulldozer. Oh yes, they are slick corporate professional crooks in suits that SELL you the job. But who shows up to do the work is a whole different story. ATTN. ALL Cities - Municipalities, Colleges etc... Be advised and for warned. Nobody should have to deal with these guys for 6 months like I had too. When the city ordinance says that they can't start till 7 am - expect these guys to arrive early everyday - since they are up and awake - the entire neighborhood is getting woke up. They have no respect for anyone else - they yell foul words like " Get that G'damn M'fer" at the top of their lungs vocal capacity all day - in the presence of young kids vacationing with their families on our beach. 5 cement trucks will pull up at 6AM with their noisy diesel engines and some idiot will fire up the concrete cutting saw at 6:42 am when guests in the Hyatt Hotel are paying 300 plus a night next door. To be awoken on their vacation from these clowns? When they started they had no dumpster or even plastic bags tied to fence - so all the construction workers just threw there trash everywhere and anywhere. Much of which then blew into my yard so I had to pick it up - daily. One day I got miffed at the ridiculous amount of trash and rather then throw it away - I dumped it in front of the Finfrock job superintendents door. When he came to work he had to spend 1/2 hour picking up all that trash and was he pissed. OH well - now you know what I am dealing with everyday! McDonalds wrappers, water bottles, coke cans, ciggerette butts, plastic wrapping - styrofoam - strapping, cardboard and more... . INSURE A PROVISION IN YOUR CONTRACT THAT FINFROCK SHALL PROVIDE AND ENFORCE that all workers and subs use the trash cans! Otherwise - your gonna have huge regrets you didn't listen to me here. Besides foul mouths - a general disrespect for anyone else right to some peace and quiet. When their construction project absolutely destroys your beautiful lawn..... "oh it is no problem - we are going to take care of it once the job is done we will send over a few guys to re sod your lawn" that our bulldozer was running over scraping up the drifts of dirt the wind had blown over - Now you can say they can't control the wind. True. But this is why they use stop barriers. The fence just kept blowing into the street - on more then a few occasions I had to call the Fire Dept so they would come out in the middle of the night and pick up the fence in the street. Then when they start spraying foam, chemicals, paint.... and all the over spray makes you gag trying to breathe and it kills your tropical plants with a faint mist of paint spray... you will get told tough toenails... Never mind all the BS - being rudely awoken at 6:30 am - and this includes the weekends - they will bang and clang all day till the sun sets. It's a construction project. I understand this.... but don't destroy my lawn - promise me you will take care of it.... and then when the job is done - DO NOTHING... except hope I go away. Their crook in a suit lawyer sent me a form letter - "we are not responsible"??? Are you kidding me? ... drifts of sand and dirt were in my yard 4 foot high and Finfrock had to send over a bulldozer to remove it - and you don't think Finfrock ruined my lawn??? LIARS!!!!! FRAUDSTERS!!! CHEAPSKATES!!! and they just laugh and think it's funny.... pricks. Now I am taking them to court. I will win because I have all the photos and evidence - and the attorney said " Ya well lots of people say they are going to take us to court and they never do" you arrogant egotistical prick! I can't wait to see your face in court! Well they are wrong this time.... it will cost about 300.00 to replace my lawn.... but these fat cats don't want to spend the money. They will spend more paying their crook in a suit attorney to come here to Clearwater for the day. Silly... OK - see you in court and this is just the start of the publicity about your unethical - false promises - rude - arrogant employees - that litter up the entire beach and have no respect for anyone else's property - or right to some peace and quiet! In the words of the late great Ricky Barber - THANKYOU BABY JESUS!!! they are done. What a nightmare the past 6 months has been. If your considering this company - don't take their word on anything - GET IN IN WRITING BLACK AND WHITE! Then impose stiff fines in your contract for littering - abusive foul language - and hold Finfrock accountable for damages their construction projects causes to others. Otherwise - they will just laugh in your face - flip you off - and have their crook in a suit lawyer send you a letter ... real pricks to do business with. |
