Ez Screen Printing, LLC. Craig - Owner BEWARE - Equipment damaged/Non-working Miami, Florida

EZ-Screenprinting is a equipment re-seller/broker located in Florida. After reviewing their website, we enquired about a certain piece of equipment to purchase. The item, was offer to us as a "Well Maintained piece of equipment that had very little use". We agreed to purchase the item for $3000.00 and have it shipped to our location. EZ-Screenprinting required full payment upfront prior to releasing the equipment for shipment. We asked for a confirmation of the working condition of the equipment, and were told vias email that we got a great deal for an excellent piece of equipment. The item we agreed to purchase is a sophisticated commercial printing device that is very delicate. EZ-Screenprinting had the item crated for shipment, cashed the prepayment check and shipped the device to us. The day it was received, we opened the crate, only to find that the equipment was damaged due to improper crating. The item was totally not usable, non-operational, and clearly had been misrepresented. When we contacted "Craig" the owner, via email to notify him of the situation, we were told...
"TOO BAD ALL SALES ARE FINAL" " NO RETURNS" After multiple attempts to contact EZ-Screenprinting or Coyle Reproductions, the owner of the equipment that was sold, we have received no further responses. We were told, basically to go pound salt..... This is NOT the way to do business, and this company and individual should be avoided at ALL COSTS. "Craig" the owner has serious issues with how to deal with customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL !!!! YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK...
