I received an unauthorized electronic check debit from this company in the amount of $30 on 12/23/2010. Their automated voice dialer called me from 888-897-8045 telling me to call them about my recent subscription to their service, (never signed up for anything from this company). Anyway after spending half the day getting a busy signal I finally get a recorded message that says to hold the line or go to the web site, no one ever answered my call, (death hold). and the web site www.customersupportsection.com is bogus. When you go there, you have to enter information for them to pull up your account with them but when you get to the bottom of the form to submit you have to enter a security code (one of those random alpha-numeric codes that tells them that you're a human and not another computer), in order to proceed. However, the code is bogus because it keeps telling you that the security code you entered incorrect and to go back and reenter. Well, you can not refresh to get a new code and it doesn't change from the code that listed, I went to 4 different computers and its always the same so there is no resolution possible via web site.
