ordered sivitrol in feb of 2010 and decided not to use it. cancelled any further orders on march 3rd. on april 5th there was another charge for $87.47 &they told me to re turn product when it arr. for a refund. on april 15 i returned product us postal serv for a sig. on arrival and on the 16th of april ther was another $87.47 withdrawal from my acct and when i finally got through to them they said i would get a refund because something went wrong with their computer and i would get refund on previous product when they got it. on the 28th of april i was told i would receive refund may 5th 2010 may11th i was told they could only return 1 refundand would receive it may 15 or 16. on june 6th i talked to taylor and was told i would receive both refunds, as they were not authorized, in 3 t0 7 days that would be a total of $180.18 and 2.62 plus 2.62 [the 2.62 on each 87.47 was for a foreign transaction fee] on june 16 sandra told me to call back in a week and mention #1091831 so they would go right to my acct and not ask all the usual questions. icalled so many times to make out a form which i never received and no one had mentioned before oooooonce they said billing told them they they tried to refund but it failed....i did call my bank but of course by then it was too late for them to do anything are you still awake? on the 11th of oct i noted a charge for $1.49.this time in spoke with alma who,after much bs said it was a one time charge. i said for what? i cancelled last march. well i left out a few calls but this is my story. oh, by the way, they refunded $1.49!!!!
