We were told they had solid buyers for these properties that could not back out of the sale. They also told us they were the "finance" company that would hold the loans for buyers of these properties. We were told the up front cost to us that would cover the the closing costs, fees and taxes.

They told us it would take 45-60 days to complete the sales and we are still getting the run around after 4 months.

I contacted them many times during this time period and was told that everything was on track to complete the sales. I was told that the title search came back clean and it would take another couple weeks to get the paperwork to us to sign and that was 2 months ago!

Recently when I tried to contact them no one answers the phone, I leave messages that are not returned or they put me on hold and then hang up on me.

We are out $6399.00 and are not able to contact anyone at this company.

I believe they may have also tried to take money again this past week from the checking account and were only prevented from doing so because there was not enough in the account to cover it.
