Eugene Marquez is a highly dishonest Son of a B*TCH!! He was a Public Defender for the City of Scottsdale in Arizona during this case in 2009. After many statements to the Court, I found out of Oct 15th, 2010 that he is no longer working with the Scottsdale Courts. HOW CONVIENENT IS THAT? He was with the Scottsdale Courts for a several years. Amazing how they made a change and didn't protect the defendants rights from him by giving a new hearing.

Defendants with paid lawyers don't fall victims to this corruption, just those being represented by Court appointed Public Defenders. Many of the cases Scottsdale Police are arresting people for, are stuff that should be tossed out.

THIS IS A WARNING AND IM STATING IT HERE. OUR GOVERNMENT WANTS EVERYONE ARRESTED, SO THEY HAVE FINGER PRINTS AND PHOTOS TO VIOLATE OUR RIGHTS WITH!

I was appointed this clown to represent me in a case involving being attacked by the Bar staff at closing time and I was facing 3 charges at first. The incident is on Video and was turned over by the Bar to the Prosecutor Ken Flint. The Police Report also had some damages listed to a Lamp and allegedly an injury to the Bar Manager (who was not known at this time, they stated that he was the manager at Court).

The Police never took any pictures of damages to any person or any items that they claim was damaged. They did not confiscate any evidence either to confirm the states case. Just the Video was turned over. THE VIDEO WAS WITHHELD BY KEN FLINT-THE PROSECUTOR. He knows it shows them attacking me.

The proof is in the Video and at the First Court appearance I told Public Defender (Eugene Marquez) to get a copy of the Video from the Bar, along with a copy from the Video of the Police Car and the Voice recorders from the Police Car, so he can hear how the Bar staff lied to the Police about who started it.

I was attacked by the Cops too and taken to Jail and while this incident was happening, my arm was nearly pulled from its socket. You can hear me screaming on Voice Recording and see this on Police Video.

I was injured by the Scottsdale Police and refused medical treatment at the local hospital and while at the Police Station the Cops mocked me about it. I am still injured from that night. My arm does not rotate properly now. It clicks often.

A week later I get a statement in the mail that says they are adding three more charges.

This is now 6 corrupt charges. THIS STATEMENT SAYS AT THIS TIME, THE STATE REQUEST THE DEFENDANT PROVIDE DISCLOSURE OF ALL EVIDENCE AND THE DEFENSE IN WHICH HE INTENDS TO USE AT TRIAL IN THIS CASE WITHIN 20 DAYS.

AS YOU READ ON, YOU WILL SEE THE PROSECUTOR IN THE CASE DID NOT FOLLOW COURT RULESTHIS IS IMPORTANT. HE WAS KEN FLINT AND HES CORRUPT!!!

I appeared at the first Court appearance and applied for a Public Defender and set a new Court date.

During the Second Court appearance, I met Eugene Marquez and told him about this Video. He said, He will get the Video and let's take this too Trial. He also said that we would meet in his office to prepare a defense for the Trial. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.

I said, you won't need a Trial because the Video will prove they started this incident and this case will be dismissed. I told him I am claiming Self Defense. I was attacked by three people. I told him, I didn't punch anyone, just them doing a pushing and shoving match and they ended up on the ground with me. The Waitress for the Bar made the second physical contact against me. During this confrontation the man who is Nick Walker, bumped his mouth on the shoulder of the waitress. He bursted out he was hurt and she asked how. He said, I hit my mouth on your shoulder. This never got the chance to be told at Court, because Eugene Marquez never objected too anything. Just sat there and made unethical comments too me. You can hear them on Court Recorder and that may be why he is gone from the City Court. I bet they asked him to step down to avoid any embarrassment.

I walked into this Bar at midnight and stayed for Two hours until closing time. I do not start trouble. I was sober, quiet and alone. I had some family news on my mind, so my nature was very quiet. I just sat at the Bar, watching several TV's in front of me and had Two beers and a glass of water after each beer. The Video will prove I sat alone and it will prove Nick Walker lied on the stand about that visit. The Prosecutor got him to say I was disrupting other customers that night. Nick had no idea who I was as I sat by myself at the Bar. Nobody knew who I was. Not a very friendly Bar either from what I have heard from people in the area after this incident. I also did some checking on the local restaurant sites in the area and there are many reports that this specific facility has rude staff and crappy food.

Keep in mind, this Bar does not employ any security staff, just some little ass dude who thinks he's a big man on campus.

THIS NEXT PARAGRAPH IS ABOUT THE INCIDENT AT THE BAR.

At closing time, the Bartender says, we close in 5 minutes, I said Ok. I was drinking water and it was in a clear plastic, 16 ounce cup. I had only two beers in those two hours. The water was done and at that very time, this guy walks over and nudges my left arm and says Let's go, you're leaving. I said to the Bartender Did you see that?, he pushed me She didn't say a thing but just look at him with a funny face. She was just turning around as he approached my left side and made contact with my wrist and forearm. I then said to him You don't have to get pushy!

I stepped back to see the trash can, that was too my left about a Foot or Two at the most.

I began tossing the cup into the trash can and the empty plastic glass hit the edge of the can and bounced. This is when the attack started by the Waitress. She came at me like she just lost her mind!!! She was on the back left side of Nick and came around him. She was right in my face and I thought she was going to swing at me. I had to push her back and said, Don't go getting into things like your going to do something. Then they both came at me and you will see me walking sideways out of the Bar while I am watching them. I got outside and thought my keys were on the counter. I rattled the door because they locked it. The other Waitress came from around the Patio and said There aren't any keys. My mistake I brought one key with. This is when i told her that she should tell her bosses, boss about their behavior at this Bar.

Then all of a sudden there were three people outside, exchanging words with me from the Bar and that began more pushing and shoving part. This Second attack is clearly an attacked unprovoked but they didn't leave it alone. The Police arrived and he lied to the cops about what happened. They never went and looked at the Video.

END OF THE BAR SITUATION.

This may be why the Prosecutor withheld the Video from showing it. This Video is listed on a Police Report, that makes it part of any case AND OPEN EVIDENCE TO ALL PARTIES UPON REQUEST. Withholding it is corruption. Ken Flint I am sure is protecting the Bar by not showing the Video. Because then it could be used in a Civil Litigation against the Bar. So best to make the patron pay then defend the truth in the case.

They are claiming I did damages to a Lamp, but there is not one picture or one piece of evidence. None! POLICE FAILED TO GATHER EVIDENCE BUT THE VIDEO.

At all the Court appearances, I had a witness with me who heard all his corrupt statements to me, that was spewing out of Eugene Marquez's mouth.

Eugene Marquez did nothing to protect my Civil Rights!!! HE SET ME UP!

After one court appearance, I went back to the Midwest to take care of some business. While I was there, I called Eugene Marquez a couple times to find out if he got the Video. His reply was, They have not turned it over yet. On my Third of Fourth Month of calls, I asked him again, if he got the Video. His reply was They have not turned it over yet. My reply was You're not getting this Video in a timely manner!! He didn't say a word, just small talked about the case and hung up. After this conversation, Eugene Marquez never returned any of my calls. Then he lied to the Court at appearances about this Video. Then on October 15th, 2010. I finally got a copy of all the evidence in the case. One the one sheet her submitted to the court on Sept. 2009, this sheet was a request for the Video and Audio recordings. WHY DIDN'T HE SUBMIT THIS REQUEST IN JULY WHEN THIS CASE WENT TO ITS FIRST APPEARANCE? HE TOLD THE JUDGE DURING THE RULE 32 HEARING, THAT HE HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS VIDEO AVAILABLE UNTIL THE MORNING OF THE SENTENCING HEARINGTHIS WAS A LIE BECAUSE IT IS ON THE POLICE REPORT AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT IT TOO AT THE FIRST APPEARANCE.

I returned to Arizona and appear at the next Court date. Walked in, sat down and asked where the Video is. Same reply They have not turned it over yet. I told said to him, You're wasting my time in this case, just so you can get paid, get that evidence and stop jerking my around. A next Court date was set for a Trial. We had not met at all and he wasn't even close to being prepared. He did not come with any notes either to next appearance. I HAD THE NOTES.

He was sitting in Court doodling on a tablet.

Upon arriving to the Trial date Court appearance, I met him in the entryway of the Court house and as we walked down the hall. I asked him Where is the Video and other evidence? He said, well the Video isn't available. I said, Bullshit, this is evidence to verify my case and it is listed on the Police Report. His reply wasI have this all worked out for you. He told me they dropped three of the severe charges against me, there won't be any jail time, no fines, but I will have to pay for the Lamp of $125.00, plus pay for a Dental visit for Nick Walkers visit to the Dentist for $271.00 as well as attend a one of One or Two day class for Anger Management. Then he said, You will also be on Unsupervised Probation for Two Years and this will allow me to go back the Midwest.

EUGENE MARQUEZ NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT DAMAGES OVER 6500.00 TO NICK WALKER OR THE BAR. THERE WAS NOTHING SAID ABOUT THE COST OF A DAMAGED TV THEY CLAIMED WAS PART OF THIS INCIDENT. I HAVE A WITNESS REMEMBER. She was at all appearances.

I WAS NOT SURE WHAT WAS GOING ON HERE BUT I WAS SUNK!!!

I said, I didn't do any damage to anything or anyone! Nick Walker was hurt by bumping his own mouth on the shoulder of the Waitress.

He started saying to me Listen, you can't win these cases because it's your word against there's and they have evidence and witnesses. I said, You're not even going too try to get the Video and show this is a large mistake? He just said, You have a lot of damages here against you and this is a good deal they are offering you and it will be wiped off your record in Two Years after all the commitments were completed.

I ALMOST PASSED OUT. I was being railroaded by this guy. I am facing 6 charges and this guy is giving up doing what's right in defending me.

We walked into the Court Room and I never got a chance to think Twice about what to do. We were at the Court table, prior to Trial. He leans over and says OH, I forgot to tell you, you're being charged with all 6 counts against you now and they want more money to pay Nick with for his unjuries. I said What the hell did you go and do? I turned around to see if my witness heard him and she did not. BUTTHE COURT ROOM RECORDERS AND VIDEO WERE GOING. My next written statement to the Court, pointed it out to the Court that they should listen to the recordings of the Court prior to the Court Hearing.

Like I said. He is not longer working with the Scottsdale Court. I found it out a little too late. In October of 2010.

I sent over 10 statements to the Court to discuss the situation and the Court would not even offer me a new hearing, Public Defender or modify this restitution for the corruption against me.

Most of my statements to the court cover the same materials but add a little more details as well as make some requests at the same time.

NONE OF MY REQUESTS WERE HONORED BY THE SCOTTSDALE COURT. I FOUND OUT FROM ONE OF THE COURT CLERKS, THAT SCOTTSDALE DOES NOT REPLY TO STATEMENTS SUBMITTED BY ANYONE FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC, UNLESS THEY HAVE AN ATTORNEY.

My statements were submitted to the Court by way of Fax Phone line, which is legal. I submitted several requests and all of them were never replied too but one in Oct., 2010 and that was was to tell me my REQUESTS WERE NOT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I SUBMITTED ABOUT STATEMENT TELLING THEM THAT MY STATEMENTS WERE TIMELY BACK IN NOVEMBER 2009 AND THE COURT HAS THE RIGHT TO ALLOW ME HEARINGS. NOTHING YET.

The Court Prosecutor (KEN FLINT) set this case up and it was a very smooth operation along with EUGENE MARQUEZ.

What Scottsdale Prosecutor Ken Flint did was withheld all the evidence against me and let Eugene Marquez make his statements of fabrication to me to take this deal. Eugene Marquez would tell me a lie about charges being dropped just to make me think my case hold very little value too it. Once the VERBAL PLEA AGREEMENT is accepted, they turn around and spin the evidence to show more damages then what I was led to believe were actually happening. Ken Flint kept back evidence of TV damage for $1100.00, Dental damage to Nick Walkers mouth for an amount of $4200.00, then the damages to the Lamp for $125.00. PLUS THE INSURANCE COMPANIES SUBROGATION CLAIM in this case too and that was withheld from the start that there were damages to Nick Walker. Now keep in mind it wasn't my shoulder that did Nicks Damage.

I SENT A FEW PAGES TOO THE INSURANCE COMPANY IN NOVEMBER 2010, TOO ABOUT NICKS LYING ABOUT HIS INJURY TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.THIS IS FRAUD BECAUSE HE HIT THE WAITRESSES SHOULDER, NOT MINE.

At the Sentencing Hearing the Prosecutor (Ken Flint) calls Nick to the stand. Nick is sitting on the stand and Ken Flint says How did you injure your mouth, was it by bumping it? THIS IS LEADING THE WITNESS AND EUGENE MARQUEZ DID NOTHING!! NOTHING!!!

I saidObject!! He told me Sit there and shut up!! He said this a few times.

Nicks reply was He must have bumped it on a shoulder or something, that's how he guessed it happened! He didn't say my shoulder because he knows it would be wrong. This is where Ken Flint twisted the details.

Then Prosecutor Ken Flint, leans over the table I am sitting at and slides a picture from a clip of the Video in front of me. Eugene Marquez does not object at all.

THIS IS WHEN EUGENE MARQUEZ LEANS OVER AND SAYS SEE YOU DID THIS DAMAGE AND YOU DESERVE TO PAY!!!!!

WHERE DID THEY GET THIS PICTURE? IT WAS FROM THE VIDEO THAT THEY WITHHELD. WHY DIDN'T EUGENE MARQUEZ OBJECT TO SHOWING SOMETHING LIKE THIS PICTURE IF THEY WERENT SHOWING THE TRUE TIMELINE IN THE ACTIONS SURROUNDING THE PICTURE? THEY DIDNT JUST GET THIS PICTURE FROM THE VIDEO THAT DAY, THIS CLEARLY MEANS THEY HAD THE VIDEO MONTHS AGO AND HE COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT.

IT IS BECAUSE HE IS CORRUPT AND A LOUSY LAWYER. NO GOOD AND HONEST LAWYER WOULD LET SOME CRAPPY CASE LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO A DECENT PERSON.

This picture shows me looking downward and slightly to my left with my arm in the air with the intent to throw it into the trash can. This picture does not substantiate that I did any damage to a TV or anything else. Pay attention here.This TV is not listed on any Police Report or any discovery statements prior to the Trial Court date. The PLEA AGREEMENT I ACCEPTED WAS NOT VERIFIED BY SIGNING THE DOCUMENT. I DID NOT SIGN IT!!! I TOLD THE COURT VERBALLY AND IN WRITTEN PROOF.

I Spoke up too the Court immediately that night about the corrupt proceedings. The statement was 3-4 pages long to the Court and spelled out the timeline clearly. But as I wrote these statements, time has passed and I have obtained the evidence they failed to provide earlier in this case.

While Nick Walker is on the stand, I told Eugene Marquez to ask him where the TV is. He actually did make his First statementhe asked NickWhere is the TV? His reply was It was tossed out! NO EVIDENCE, NO PICTURES. The Bar submitted an $1100.00 estimate for replacement to Ken Flint, BUT its not a Bill of Sale!!

Then there is a Lamp, the LAMP estimate was made by a home computer; there is no business name or address that I found. The address listed on the form does not match any address on Yahoo maps, Mapquest or Microsoft Streets & Trips. The estimate form is also unarranged like a true business would provide for customers. Can you see the corruption here?

The Dental Statement was never submitted prior to the Plea Agreement either. I pointed that out to the Court and nothing was done. STILL CORRUPT TO MAKE ME PAY FOR THIS LIE!!

The Dental Statement says, the incident the Dentist seen Nick Walker for was pertaining to an injury he suffered back in July of 2008. This incident was May of 2009---TAINTED EVIDENCE AND THE PROSECUTOR SUBMITTED IT AND THE JUDGE NEVER LOOKED IT OVER TO VERIFY WHAT WAS SUBMITTED. The statement he submitted also says NO severe damages were done to Nick Walkers Bridge in his mouth. The statement made by the Dentist stated and I quote I ADVISED THE PATIENT THAT REPLACING THE BRIDGE WITHOUT FURTHER REASON OR INDICATION IS NOT RECOMMENED; IT MAY DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD. RE-EVALUATION IS RECOMMENDED FOR 5 YEARS. NICK WAS ONLY PROVIDED WITH A STATEMENT THAT TOLD HIM OF THE POSSIBLE CHARGES IN THE FUTURE. THE DENTIST ALSO STATES WITHOUT A MAGIC BALL TO PREDICT THE FUTURE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE ANY FURTHER DAMAGES.

NO MAJOR DENTAL REPAIRS WERE DONE AND THE COURT ORDERED ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DID NOT HAPPEN TO THE COST OF $4,000.00. THEY STARTED THIS ALTERCATION!

THE COURT ACCEPTED THIS STATEMENT AND ITS WRONG.

THERE FORE ISNT THIS A LEGIT REASON FOR DISMISSAL?

THIS IS GETTING LARGER THEN LIFE FOR CORRUPTION!!

THESE DENTAL DAMAGES WERE DONE AS A RESULT OF NICK WALKER STRIKING HIS OWN WAITRESSES SHOULDER!!!!!!

At the end of the Sentence Hearing, the Judge asked me if I had anything to say and I said Yes, this case is corruption and the Public Defender is a LIAR. He was telling me statements that were not true and telling me things to convince me into accepting this Plea Agreement. Then I said All the evidence was withheld against me prior to the Trial Hearing.

WHY DIDN'T SHE ASK ME THIS STATEMENT AT THE TRIAL HEARING APPEARANCE WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE?? CAN YOU SEE THE PROCESS OF CORRUPTION HERE IN THIS CASE. THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE, SO THEY HELD THE FACTS TO GET THIS PAST THE PLEA AGREEMENT BY OFFERING A LOW LIFE LAWYER TO DEFEND ME IN THIS CASE.

Then Judge Lewis ordered a RULE 32 HEARING AND TOLD ALL PARTIES TO STOP TALKING. The Prosecutor (Ken Flint) blurted out something to defend the states case and Judge Nancy Lewis told him to Be quiet and we will discuss it later. WONDER WHAT CORRUPTION WAS HAPPENING NOW!!!!!!

THEY ARE WITHHOLDING EVIDENCE AND NOW A DEFENDANT SPOKE UP ON THE COURT RECORDING THAT THE COURT WAS CORRUPT.

At the RULE 32 HEARING, I didn't get a chance to speak because she only asked the Two Lawyer their statements to defend the ruling in this case. They both said how they been Lawyers for so many years and have many successful cases. Eugene Marquez even lied to Judge (Nancy Lewis) that he had made the proper contact with me and returned all my calls. He even made a claim that my number was disconnected. I have telephone bills to prove he is lying. He even offered up his phone records to prove he did call me many times.He did this at the same time I said, Let me show mine she said Nobody is showing anything. Then she turned and said too me, I find no basis for your claim and deny any statements you have to say about this case. You need to take responsibility for your actions and you will pay for those today. During the hearing, the Prosecutor (Ken Flint) told the Court the Video Was too damaging to show! HE WAS RIGHT, IT WAS TOO DAMAGING TO SHOW AGAINST THE BAR, NOT ME. That's why he said that to tip her off that the evidence was prove he was hiding something.

WHO EVER HEARD OF SOME VIDEO BEING TOO DAMAGING TO SHOW, WHEN IT WOULD SUPPORT THE STATES CASE AGAINST A DEFENDANT WHO WAS FACING 6 CHARGES? HUH!!! NOBODY, THEY ALWAYS SHOW THE VIDEOS. HE IS CLEARLY HIDING CORRUPTION.

Near the end of this RULE 32 Hearing, Judge (Nancy Lewis) asked me Do you have anything to add to your statements that you have already submitted? I said Yes, I would like to discuss them. She replied with NO, if you don't have anything new to say, then I am not going to hear it. This is clearly a violation of my CIVIL RIGHTS to speak. We were having a RULE 32 Hearing. While sitting there I asked her to move the Jail dates Two Weeks later because I was having Dental Implant removal for a failed implant and I would not like to be sitting in Jail or miss this appointment because it has been scheduled for months. Her reply was NO. That is when she told the Court Clerk to call in a Deputy and take me too the Jail to start my 5 day sentence. I was in shock!! She said You are not going to show up here on Monday and pull some crap like you did last month to get out of taking care of your responsibilities. I had the right to file an Appeal and since this RULE 32 Hearing was already nearing the 90 day deadline since the Trial date, she knew locking me up would put me past any time needed too file an Appeal. Nancy Lewis is a visiting Judge to Scottsdale Court and she is only there One day a week. That is why they stretched the Court dates out further then sooner, to avoid me filing an Appeal to the Arizona State Court of Appeals.

Judge Nancy Lewis should have dismissed this case right away. Now she is part of the corruption as well. The Chief Justice for Scottsdale also declined my rights to fair Hearings. Even after my 11 statements to the Court of many pages. There are about 50 pages submitted to the Court. Many of the same statements have been made over and clarified to the court with more factual details of the corruption.

I filed a formal complaint with the Arizona State Bar against Eugene Marquez. The Bar denied pursuing any investigation into this corruption against me. They stated that they do not get involved in cases against City/County or Judges. CORRUPTION!

On August 30th, 2010. I submitted 7 motions to the Court by way of Fax Telephone line and those motions were verbally denied to me by another Judge (Blake) at the Probation Violation Hearing.

At the end of May, Scottsdale sent me an appearance date for Probation Violation for not making proper payments for the restitution in this case. I had no job to pay and I been staying with some friends in Arizona for the time being until things got past the winter season of 2009 but this corruption has kept me here into the end of 2010.. The Court knew this. They insisted on payments of $300.00 a month.

I appeared on April 8th and applied for another Public Defender. I was approved for a Public Defender. A new court date was ordered.

On April 29th, 2010. I appeared at the Court house and met the new Public Defender (Ana Sanchez). The situation was explained too the Court that I was jobless, had no money and was helping friends and relatives to get by. The case was continued again, so that I could have time to locate employment. She told me to make an employment list of jobs I send applications too. Told her I would only be able too use the library when I had the car to get there. I did not have my own runnng car. It died after i arrived here and since im short the money to replace an engine, it is just sitting until this is over. The case was continued to June 22nd, 2010. Where the discussion came up about possibly modifying the probation to allow me to vacate Arizona and return to the Midwest so I could have a better chance to locate employment. It was basically a modification of the probation from two years to less then a year. This was the Courts way of getting me to commit to paying for these restitutions. It was basic bullshit. The case was continued to the August 31st, 2010 date, where they agreed to modify the terms of probation so I was under the one year probation clause, so I could leave this corrupt area. At the end of the court hearing, they told me that I could leave and said if I am out of the area, that I need to call and report in on the next Court date of October 26th, 2010 to advise the court of the situation surrounding the modification of probation. I am still in the area and still have no money. There isn't much work out there right now due to the economy.

I will hold off as long as I can to avoid making any payments, so I could obtain help with Appeals. There is obviously a lot of evidence here to support my Appeal. I just need legal help.

I have submitted statements on November, 20th, 2009, January 14th, 2010, January 23rd, 2010, March 25th, 2010, April 6th, 2010, July 5th, 2010, August 30th 2010, August 31st, 2010, October7th, 2010 and twice on October 15th, 2010. NOT ONE REPLY OR ACCEPTANCE OF A NEW HEARING REQUEST OR ACCEPTANCE TO HEAR ANY MOTIONS. All documents were filed with the Court by sending them through the Fax Telephone lines. This is an acceptable practice in Courts. The July 5th statement was a copy of the Unsigned Plea Agreement that I remembered I did not sign.

The basis for submitting that document was to prove too another Judge that I deny the agreement. I also stated that in this land our word is not binding and a written statement of a signature confirms a person's word. But the Courts are allowed to make a provision too accept an unsigned document? That is wrong. Especially when that person comes forward and submits many statements against the corrupt proceedings against them by providing the Court with many statements to defend a persons own Civil Rights.

On October 15th, 2010. I had a Court appearance for a Second RULE 32 Hearing, because I am still fighting this case, since June of 2009. I found out by the Court Clerk that Eugene Marquez is no longer with the City of Scottsdale Court. I wonder why? This is when I also obtained some of the evidence against me and now I really see how corrupt it was and a paid Lawyer would have done a better job then Eugene Marquez.

This Second RULE 32 Hearing was ordered by another Judge because he read my statements of the case, that I submitted and said You are allowed to have your say at the Hearing and Judge Lewis should not have denied you that right. At the Hearing, Judge Lewis was confused and thinking I was requesting a modification of the Probation Violation Orders that they have me on for this case. It was at this time that I spoke up about what she did to me at the Sentence Hearing when she had me locked up to avoid me the right to file an Appeal against this case. She denied accepting my basis for the hearing because she was unclear and the Court Clerk had the wrong statement written down. I walked out of the Scottsdale Court again with heart palpitations and even more frustrated to this injustice of Court procedures against me.

This is now the middle of October, 2010 and I am appearing in Court on October 26th to appear for violating probation by not making payments of the required $300.00 a month. I do not have any job, income or property I can sell too pay this off. I am not guilty of these damages and the lack of evidence is heartbreaking to sit and watch this corruption unfold. I went to school to be a Police Officer after I got out of high school. But after going on ride-a longs with the local Police where I am from, I decided being a Cop was not something I wanted to be. This case is the reason why I am not.

I strongly encourage people to get involved in Policing the Police and Courts in Scottsdale, Arizona. 85251. This corruption has to be intercepted by higher powers and changes must be done to hold Judges and other Court officers responsible for their actions and any actions against any Court or Police official should be made public at all costs.

Letters to Governor Jan Brewer, the Scottsdale Mayor (twice), Scottsdale City Council and the Attorney General for Arizona have all gone uninvestigated. The only reply I got was from the Governor (Jan Brewer) and Attorney General (Terry Goddard) who says We don't investigate these types of cases. Nothing has been received from the Mayor or City Council.

I HAVE ALSO CREATED A 55 PLUS PAGE STATEMENT TO THE FBI, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR AN INVESTIGATION INTO COURTS CORRUPTION HERE. THE STORY HAS BEEN SENT TO MANY MEDIA PEOPLE ALSO.

My stay at Sheriff Joe Arpios Tent City was off the wall. Tent City is a gross pit that should be shut down. In fact, while I was there, I had been told by many people that the buildings were condemned by the state but he took them over to house victims of the Court corruption.

I WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM ZIPPS SPORTS BAR IN SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA. THEY HAVE A FEW SPORTS BARS AND THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED AT THE ONE ON CAMELBACK ROAD AT MILLER. THIS SPORTS BAR HAS BAD REVIEWS ON LOCAL SITES ABOUT LOUSY FOOD AND SERVICE THERE. THERE IS ALOT OF TROUBLE THERE AT THIS BAR AND THE RESIDENT CLOSE TO THE PLACE DONT LIKE TO KIND OF TROUBLE THEY DRAW.
