| ETunes LLC Ripped off my Amex Card for $20.80... van nuys, California |

| My American Express card showed a charge for $20.80 in March which I did not make. I checked my statement and learned the biller was ETunes LLC of Van Nuys, CA. I reported the false charge to Amex, who said they would take care of it. But that it would take maybe six weeks. I suspect, since I have seen two more such frauds reported on the internet in March, that ETunes LLC focuses on Amex, knowing they have a six week window to rake in all these charges, then skedaddle to a new company name and address and start again. The question is, where are they getting the Amex credit card listings? All three of us reporting this one report that it was an Amex charge: not Visa, not M/C I am unhappy with Amex, for two reasons: 1. they take too long to fix this, and 2. my online statement still shows the same total, when they said they'd take it off my statement. I doesn't look like they did. |

| Ditto. $24.83. Amex issued a refund and blocked any new charges from the company but I dread my next statement. |

| I also got one that was posted on 4/19 for $24.58. Amex has credited my account and is investigating. Like some of the others, this was done the day before the end of my statement cycle. |

| Me too!! I have a Platinum AMEX and I got charged $24.81 on Apr/18 by this ETUNES scammer from VanNuys, CA. It's amazing to me how many people here are being affected by this and this scammer hasn't been caught yet. I mean we're talking about AMEX, a respectable and huge finance business. I can't fathom that they would let this get away for so long. |

| I also had it done for $19.50. I called AMEX they are able to do an instant reversal and credit your account immediately. Another thing my representative told me was that you can put a merchant block on it so there will bo no morw recurring charges made. It will block all charges from this merchant for 4 years. |

I called AMEX the customer service girl told me they have the ability to reverse it immediately and my account was instantly credited. In addition she also offered me to put a Merchant Block on it. This declines any further charges from this specific merchant for the next 4 years. I was very pleased with the way they reversed my charges and fixed it for me. |

| Have one today too. Anyone else by chance stay at a sheriton hotel a month or so before receiving this charge? Mine was for 19.79. |

| Good thing I questioned the $19.23 charge on my bill and good thing the Amex rep advised me to Google the company ETunes. I see the scam and it is a shame that unsuspecting people will simply pay their bill in full and ETunes will get away with boatloads of money. Amex immediately credited my account and blocked this merchant from all future charges to my Amex account. I want to know why they cannot just stop doing business with the merchant??? Linda in Pgh. |
