| SCAMMERS... Ripped me off - Dead Product. |

I purchased a USB hard Drive from ERPSelfTraining.com on July 16, 2011 09:15:14 PDT, Using Paypal, Transaction ID: 5Z945708TY557221F
I paid a total of 1749.98 for total with shipping.
Problems
Extremely POOR customer Service.
There is not PHONE number on website.
Promised Air shipping, but i got Ground, I paid over $200 for Express Shipping.
Got a DEAD Drive.
Ships from the UK. Royal Mail seal is present in package
SAP Problems
I got a Dead Drive, first shipment, then after emailing them, took a total of 1 month to get a working Drive.
SAP management console is restricted. They don't know the MASTER-PASSWORD.
Very poorly installed SYSTEM.
ABSOLUTELY NO POST-Install is done.
THey GUYS ARE ABSULUTE SCAMMERS.
I asked for refund, but PayPal denied saying they can do anything about the quality of these products.
CAlled AMEX and filed a Chargeback. THANK GOD FOR AMEX. But PayPal restricted my account because I filed a charge-back.

| ERP self training are scammers. Nobody should patronize their stupid products. I bought a product from them and was having installation problems. They have not been helpful in my installation. They do not respond to my emails. They were interested in robbing me of my $600.00. These people must be stopped. Because they are theives, they do not publish a phone number. I am trying to get my money back. They have poor qualities videos they sell for like $99.00. They have indians lecturing on these videos, you can hardly hear what they say..., this is horrible business, nobody should deal with these theives from india living in Canada. |

| Kai...i wanted to get one of there product on SAP PLM Consultant Live Audio & Video Training. have almost made payment today until i saw this. could they be scammer? Where else can i get a product like this? |
