On November 2010 a DEBIT PURCHASE with my bank cardwas made from COAST 2 COAST INSURANCE, Transaction for the amount of $ 232.00 I was supposed to be purchasing Car Insurance. I talked to Carl Lee he said he represented the company, explained everything, and the transaction was completed. Then the same day , Carl Lee emailed me to sign papers on line with EchoSign.I did, and he sent me a proof of insurance card (I still have it saved on my computer) Then I recieved this email..............From: Carl Lee Important Message Regarding Your Auto Insurance-Refund Issued This is an urgent message in reference to your insurance:The business relationship between myself Carl R. Lee Agent/Broker and Superior Access wholesaler insurance distributor has been terminated. It has come to my attention that there were policies that were not uploaded and/or processed in a timely fashion via Superior Access which lead to the dissolution of our business relationship. As such all insurance transactions that fell into this category were closedand fully refunded. As I no longer conduct business with Superior Access. I apologize that your transaction has fallen into this categoryyet, a full refund has been issued should be recieved by you in the mail within 10-14 business days.I apologize for any inconvenience. Should you have any questions regading this message please feel free to reply to this email or contactme at I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!I then emailed him back asking: in january asking him that i have not receive my refund he ask me for our information and never reply again his number is disconected and the address in inglewood is a house not a business. It is february 11 and i have not heard or receive a refund.
