This company sells tickets that say you can have an 11x14 family portrait for $20.00. When they take your pictures they sell you extra packages. Families will pay in full $200.00, $300.00 Etc. or put down payments on their picture packages and never receive them. Ends Group LLC / Family portrait service of America simply takes your money and does not give you your family portraits. This company also does not pay their employees either. Ends Group LLC / Family portrait service of America simply need to stop this unethical business practice.

They took pictures one day b4 my grandmother died they never came to give my mother her pictures that is the last pictures my grandmother took b4 she past away all my mom wants is the pictures she payed for that is of my grandmother and her grandkids and great grand kids please all we got left of her is pictures and memories we want those pictures!!!

paid $20.00 for portrait on 4/20/11 and never got. Every time I can reach someone (rarely) they say they will bring it out but never do. The address is a sham. Just an empty storefront. I reported them to BBB and the Attorney General with no results. People like this should be put in jail.

Ordered pictures from this company on April 10, 2011 and paid in full a total of $123. Shortly after the photos were taken and I was told I would recieve my pictures. It is now December 31, 2011 an still no photos. I have filed numerous reports with rip off an scam reporting companies as well as with the Better Business Burea and still nothing. The company called me and told me I would recieve my pictures after the BBB report went through and 3 months later still nothing. This company changes it numbers and its address is an empty building when trying to visit in person. Beware of this company and others like it.
