After convincing us to purchase from him OFF of ebay to better savings, he kept putting us off that the tub was being water tested, and then that it had malfunctioned and at a cost to HIM, he was rebuilding it. Meaning he was NEVER going to give our money back to us. He lied repeatedly to us and MANY other folks all across the U.S. and Canada. He has ran an Art for businesses business and had that license taken from him by the state of CA. He has had his home repossessed, However he has continued on with defrauding folks with the same cell # (909)337-0497. STAY AWAY from the POS.....He uses the website: [email protected] to do his illegal dealings. If you too have been taken by this POS, email us @ [email protected] . There is a group of us that have gotten together to prosecute him.
