Horrible experience! Ordered product, took for about 2 weeks, could not tell or feel and difference like when taking other products, called several times within the 30 day money back guarantee period to get an RMA# and you never can get through, finally got through and was told by Chuck Operator# 202 I could not return because I was outside my 30 day period, refused to let me speak with a manager, was extremely rude, and pretty much told me too bad!! Great business model!! DO NOT BUY AYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BOGUS SCAMMERS!!!! |

This company should be sued for false advertising. They will not accept returns on unused products as advertised. They bill on a monthly basis but only send out products bi-monthly. Their product does not work. It took almost a month to get my first package. Can we get enough people to file a class action law suit against these people? |

I've known the owners for years. They would never knowingly scam anyone. You should call them and discuss it further.

I agree with Gejones65. I ordered and never received it. I have also tried calling several times to find out if it was even sent . The person i spoke to could not give me an answer. How can they offer a 30 day money back guarantee if there shipping takes longer then that?. I also had no luck in trying to cancel there product. There web site has been removed from there server. Quote: "Access to this resource on the server is denied!" If it helps anyone you can call your bank and request a stop on all auto-draft or automatic ACH transfers set up through Bravado's vendor. @ Ingrid74 If it looks like a scam, smells like a scam, and acts like a scam, then it's a SCAM!! |

One more thing.. Bravado signs you up automatically for auto-billing when you order. Bravado then continually charges your account and ships more product without customer authorization. There are a lot of companies conducting business such as auto-billing I'm sure it's because of the low quality of the product and no one would call to order. I guess there idea of a "money back guarantee" is to guarantee they get your money. I find that to be highly unethical and border line criminal. |
