I wish I would have read the reviews for DinoDirect before placing an order with them. They did not send to me what I paid them for or what I ordered from them. What I did receive is of inferior quality and not at all what was advertised and of absolutely no use to me. The so called "customer service" has been playing a cat a mouse game with me. DinoDirect has continually asked for a series of different numbers, pictures, etc. (I am sure they have all this information). I have sent them just about all I can other than a blood and urine sample, I am sure to just keep the process stalling so they can just brush me off. DinoDirect puts sucky replies after the reveiws to make it appear that they really are going to resolve the issue with the customer but I assure you it is all false. Any good reviews out there have had to have been posted by DinoDirect staff, owners, relatives, etc. Please, please do not use this on-line shopping store unless you have lots of money you can afford to just throw away! I am not in a financial position at all to have paid out this kind of money To DinoDirect and then receive useless and inferior quality items. Oh, and by the way, PayPal is not a safe and secure way to pay for your on-line purchases!!
