My company ordered 5 Diesel Pump Drivers from Maureen at Diesel Products. We were provided an invoice for which we paid the required 50% down or $6490.00 by wire transfer. When I called for a order update three days after they received the wire I was told by Maureen that the price had changed on one of the pump drivers and it was going to be $500.00 more. This was for an urgent order so I agreed to the increase and asked for the tracing numbers for the 3 pumps that were to be shipped. She didn't have them. The next week I called again and she didn't have the tracing numbers and she told me that the price had increased on yet another pump this time by $600.00. I told her that was not the agreement and that I wanted the tracing numbers for what had been sent. She again didn't respond or provide us with tracing information. I then decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. I was then sent a bill of lading with a freight company that we did not request the product ship on with the name of a business that they were getting the product from. I called them and the product had not been shipped. I also found out there was no price increase and that the $3750.00 I was quoted by maureen was what the part cost. This was also verified by Lynn from Diesel Products when I was trying to get a refund processed. I asked for the difference back as only one pump had been shipped after I spoke with the company shipping it not diesel products. I was told today that I might get a refund but for only $1890.00 not the $2740 which is owed. I asked to speak with the owner and was told no and to write a complaint and the Lynn would pass it on. Diesel Products clearly broke their contract raising the prices after an invoice was issued and a deposit was paid. They lied about shipping times and now they will not provide me with a refund or contact at Diesel Products for a person to assist me. Beware of this company and look at the postings on the better business bureau as well as the diesel engine forums. I want my money back!!!!!
