RunLocal Locksmith DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - EVER!!! Leesburg, Florida

RunLocal Locksmith says that it's main branch is in Missouri but I believe that is just a bogus address. I believe that they are based only in Florida. The representatives of this company are rude and obnoxious. They tell you one thing and then do the opposite. For example... the so called locksmith arrived 2 hours late. He didn't have the correct equipment and put a silver handle on both my doors with a gold lock. When I questioned him about this he said that it was all he had. What was I supposed to do after he took my door apart. Then he way overcharged me. When I questioned him about this he told me that I was quoting the basic package and if I wanted to he would change everything (for an additional cost). Then the worker couldn't find the key that I handed him for the old locks. I believe this was a ploy to waste time so he could charge me more. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are worst then thieves since they try to deceive you as well as steal from you. These people are criminals who take advantage of the elderly and should be put in jail. They are exactly like prostitutes who sell there integrity and honesty for money.
