Hey there folks
I'll be brief as I've wasted enough time with this company as it is and I'm not looking to bash them so much as make aware to my fellow consumers other vendors.
Desert Sky registered in the last few months. They currently have an A rating with the "BBB" but if you look closely they just registered last month and will soon judging from my own experience be knocked down the ladder. It is also possible that they are just starting out and that the desert sky customer service department , a 4 person call center in a garage, will be less likely to swear at you over the phone. In Any case, unless asked to do so, I will not go into detail as I'm not sure what is legal and what not, the internet being a very unfamiliar place to me. I just want to remind my fellow consumers of a few obvious facts, being the good Samaritan that I am!
Desert Sky has many competitors that you can simply find by doing a quick Google search. Try "Solar Panels AZ" These companies are here because they offer excellent service and have been doing so for long enough to earn them the marketing budget to get them there. I fully support the transition and developing market of renewable energy and encourage others like myself to invest It is worth it, and profitable long term to do so , but not with Desert Sky. Save yourself the time and aggravation, not to mention the money-- Find one of the companies with a real desire to make a difference who run and operate a successful, professional service that is doing the world itself justice with every sale. Also, the other companies offer much more valuable incentives. Desert Sky is on the low bottom of the totem pole, unethically forcing their way upwards, but in this economy, good luck with that!

Desert sky is one of the most honest companies I have ever delt with. They installed my system in a professional manor and I have found them to deliver what they promissed. If you had contacted the owner you would have received the professionalism and attention one would expect from a fine organization such as Desert Sky Solar Energy.
I believe you just placed a negative comment about a wonderful organization to discredit them without providing them any opportunity to address the problem. You angry individuals just go on the internet and make up whatever comments you want for whatever reason you have for doing so. You never really mention what the real reason is for posting your complaint. What happened?
Friends and neighbors I will tell you first hand there are hundreds upon hundreds of homeowners that are very satisfied with Desert Sky's services and if the individual posting this remark really had a valid complaint they sould have contacted the owner and addressed the complaint face to face and not cower behind a posting that could never be defended. You sound like a compeditor of Desert Sky to me!
You who seek to distroy others due to jealousy or whatever reason should be ahsamed of yourself for attempting to harm others without allowing them the opporturnity to defend themselves. I for one intend to recommend Desert Sky to my friends and neighbors for solar needs.
