| It is a sad day when Dell tells you to take their own product to your local technician. I have never had an awful experience as I had today trying to deal with technicians who knew that my product was at fault but insisted on making me go through the steps 100 times unsuccessfully until I lost my temper. So they weren't ignorant like I thought but were refusing to accept any fault with this horrible "computer." I use that term loosely because we didn't even get six months of use out of it until it crashed. Right from the get go they couldn't help me with it. It cost me over 300.00 dollars, this was not a cheap desk top but supposedly a bargain. |
