Defective disc and lies from "customer service"

I have learned my lesson the hard way! DO NOT ORDER from this "company". It is a farce. I ordered a $70 TV series. The video and sound quality is terrible and unprofessional. It was obvious the shows were recorded off of this guy's own DVR, and done so very poorly. I came across a defective disc in the series. I contacted "Mike"at customer support on Jan. 10, and he said "I will have that disc replaced for you." Almost a month later, nothing. I contacted "customer support" again, and Mike said, " We got it this week, it will be tested and mailed over the weekend." Two weeks later, still nothing. I contact Mike again, and he said "If you dont get it by Feb 28th, please let me know and I will reship it." It is now March 10, and I have received nothing. Mike has no intention of replacing the defective disc, nor did he ever have any intention of replacing the disc. He lied to me each time we communicated. There is no integrity in this man or this business. Please do not use this company and make sure you discourage anyone else you know from purchasing anything from them.
