This is my fifth email to your company, Hip Hop Jewelry Kings. I did receive your response dated November 10, 2010, 5:19 PM you stated that you forwarded my invoice to your shipping department.
I have yet to receive a response from your shipping department, you stated that I would be updated with tracking information shortly. Again, only dead promises!!! As I stated in my previous email correspondence to you, I would be moving forward with filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a lawsuit against Hip Hop Jewelry Kings if I did not receive a response within 24 hours and/or my merchandise within 72 hours. You did respond within the time frame, but you have failed to respond to sending my merchandise within the 72 hours time allotted...as it still states SHIPMENT PENDING/WAITING TO SHIP.
I am left with no further alternatives but to move forward with filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a lawsuit. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and filing a lawsuit on Wednesday, November 17, 2010. You will be hearing from my Attorney/Counsel on that date as well. In order to avoid these actions, I need to receive my merchandise by Wednesday, November 17, 2010. I don't care if you must ship it to my residence by overnight mail!!
I am no longer in a position to wait any longer as you have misrepresented your company through your web page...as you state you ship usually within a 24-48 hour period, and my order was placed on October 28, 2010 in the amount of $377.51 order #1222. Again, please be advised that if I do not receive my merchandise by Wednesday, November 17, 2010, I will be left with no recourse but to proceed legally and file a formal complaint with the BBB. If need be I will avail myself to fly back to New Orleans and file formal proceedings in your court there. My patience is growing thin as this is going on for far too long and you are just blowing me off, even though you have my money.
I am contacting the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and the ATTORNEY GENERAL in Louisiana on today also. I will continue to take this higher as long as Hip Hop Jewelry Kings makes me wait. In the end it will cost you Lynn (Sales Manager) and your company significantly more money in this matter attempting to defend yourself and/or Hip Hop Jewelry Kings and answering questions from the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney Generals Office. If you ignore this email, it will be the BIGGEST mistake Hip Hop Jewelry Kings and you Lynn, being the Sales Manager will ever make!
Respectfully,
