I purchased an extended auto warranty through N.C.W.C Dealer Service on 6/22/11. Royce Ancell sold me the warranty coverage. The plan that I purchased is called the Power train enhanced. This plan includes anything pertaining to the transmission as long as its an automatic, my motor, electrical issues and quite a few other major parts of the vehicle. Royce Ancell, sold me this plan for a total of $2245.00. I purchased this plan with the option to pay monthly installments of $118.00. I made a deposit of $115.00 to purchase this plan in 06/2011. I was told that my deductible would be $100 should something happen. I was also told that the company would pay for or reimburse me for a rental car not to exceed $150. I have faxed in tow receipts and inquired about this and no one can seem to give me a straight forward answer. I have done everything NCWC has asked me to do and so has the repair shop where my vehicle is located. Once the shop submitted a repair bill for the total amount of repairs. I contacted the claims department in New Jersey and spoke to Martin and Walt whom were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told that Dealer Services would not pay for anything until I pay out the remainder of my contract with them. Martin a representative who works in the claims department said to me the company does not want to pay that much for my repairs in fear that I would drop them once they repair my vehicle. This was not a professional or accurate response. I called several times to speak to management and they never answer their lines or call back. Dealer services drafts their money out of my account every month on time with no problems. I just want my car repaired, this has been going on for two months and I am fed up!! I hope this complaint makes it to the right person who can help me resolve this matter. Thank you |

Thank you for taking time to write this. They called me today and pressured me into buying extended warranty. I foolishly agreed. I cancelled my credit card immediately and tomorrow I will try to cancel my extended warranty. |
