you are making a statement of which you only have no facts. but i feel it is time everyone hear my side of the story as it is and no speculation.
I was once accused of 2 cases 1. Sexual Harassment... Story goes as follows
In 2009 I was accused of asking a model to swim naked... was arrested and like you all know the legal process starts.. you go to court and you get to hear the case and there was never a case as the case made against me was chuck out... of cause it is human nature to respond and only focus on what they want to hear.
not long after that a model who were looking to make her way into the industry went on accusing me of rape and when the police asked her to proof by providing a medical report of which she clearly did not know is needed she could not and that was evident to be such a open lie that the police wanted to press charges against her for lying under oath.
Rayleed are also making the statement that I have committed "Extortion" well first lets have a look what that means.. "Extortion (also called shakedown, outwresting, and exaction) is a criminal offence which occurs when a person unlawfully obtains either money, property or services from a person(s), entity, or institution, through coercion. I have no idea where that crap is coming from but never heard or seen a case against me for that so that is out of the way too.
His next accusation is as follows "posing as a fake scout under various aliases" well clearly you got hold of an dictionary and looked up fancy names to personally attack me and damage my reputation as i mentioned but just to tell you something... I always have been Dawie De Villiers and never traded outside my companies. So this is such a bad thing on you that you dont really know what you are talking about. I am who I am and only can say that you need to get your facts straight...
You also go on by asking the people to please report me to the police? OMW you are such an idiot.. Police are looking for serious criminals, not someone "ME" that has NO CRIMINAL record! Yes accusations can be made against any person anytime but what you forget is that you are not guilty until proven guilty. I never have been proven guilty or came even close to this rubbish. What you have done are more criminal as I will find out who you are and lay charges as stated and we will then see who is criminal hear!
I can say with pride that I am none of the above and if I did by anyway caused anyone any harm they are more that welcome to contact me and what ever it takes to sort that out I will do! I am not turning away from the fact that as human I made bad business calls when I started but like billions of other that way we learn and grow and today I am bigger that most related people who have traded for many long years.

But when we look at our legal system "read my opening" you will find that to make an allegation is easy, to say anything is easy but to actually stand in a court room where you get ask questions and you need to proof such allegations it does become a bit harder and if you cant proof such things it become very nasty! VERY COSTLY so yea please i am with you on that one.
I would like the people to put it in writing! I just need to warn you with something! We have contacted the admin department and as soon as we receive the court order they HAVE to give us your contact details and i am taking legal action against you and anyone who did what you doing. Dont take this personal! Just what you doing is against the law and you will see us in court. I have no problem with anyone who wants to say anything, as long as they can stand and produce the proof of me actually doing it! And as I explained in my previous msg there were people who thought by saying things I will just leave it there, sadly those people were so embarrassed that they cant show their faces.
So yes please if you are out there and would like to be part of this conspiracy I am also asking you to say your say... It is not going to be left there until I have faced each and everyone in court till this matter can go and rest. |

I am a model and been in this industry for so long. I can tell you one thing if Dawie was so bad or so corrupt like Rayleed is saying then i have no idea what is! I have seen scams, good companies and some small 1-man shows and i can assure you this man "Dawie" know his trade, he offer up so much for the young and aspiring models. His commitment and dedication towards the industry and his passion is just out of this world.
He is honest, committed and very hard working. He is everything BUT a scam or what ever. I and some of our TOP local and INTERNATIONAL models has so much respect for him that we believe he is the 'IT" of modelling in South Africa and with his dedication and hard work will one day become the most powerful modelling ICON in this country. |
