David William Connor Fenland Breakers VAT and Rip-off Scam
As well as refusing to giving refunds when the wrong goods are sent and have been returned to him he also charges customers VAT.... That’s FRAUD:
David William Connor tells you lie’s to get you to buy the car parts from him. When you’re on the phone to him he sounds very helpful and will tell you he has the correct part you need for your car, when you have paid with your credit or debit card he will send you the wrong part. He knows you will then send the part back at your own expense, so he gets to keep the part and also keeps all your money plus the VAT charged. He refuses to give you a refund when the parts have been returned back to him. When you ask about your refund he will tell you that your refund has been done when it hasn’t been done and you should wait a few days for it to show in your bank account, you wait, and wait and no refund has been issued by him. After you have made a few more phone calls to him asking for your refund he then gets rude and abusive with you.
There are lots complaints on the Internet about David William Connor and Fenland Breakers, I have found some complaints dating back to 2006, he is still doing this SCAM in 2012 and seems to have got away with it.
He will promise to call you back but never ever will, he will promise you your refund but will never ever give you a refund. He thinks he’s untouchable. I urge everyone who has been ripped off by this man to contact Crime Stoppers on line or the Police Fraud Sqaud, Trading Standards and Inland Revenue {I have } and leave reports on the Internet to stop other people getting ripped off and conned by Conservative Councillor David William Connor of Fenland Breakers, Commercial Road, March, Cambs. The people who use scrap yards and breakers to buy car parts are not rich people who can afford to pay main dealer prices.
HE MUST BE STOPPED.....
