An attempt to make me believe that I have a good chance of recieving a large amount of money. |

Fortunately, I have not for one moment believed that I would get any money from these people. But I can understand why some people would be fooled by these parasites. The latest letter is the third one I've received from them so it shows their certainly persistant if not very smart. The first thing anyone who gets one of these letters should ask themselves is why and how they could possibly be in the running to get any of this money. Which so happens is $1,750,233.99 sound familiar? I will be making the relevent authorities in Australia aware of my experience, and hopefully the people who get these letters will have the good sense to check before they send them $30 AUD. It must be a very profitable business(or scam) when you consider what they must spend in printing and postage fees.
It all comes back to the same old adage You don't get anything for nothing!, particually when it's something you have never heard about and from somewhere as far away as America. So please be smart and ignore their crap.

Today I received my letter telling that I was the lucky recipient of my $1, 750, 233.99. Wow! That's a lot of money. I can't afford the $30 DAP is asking for but I could do with $5, 834.14 so I think I might send them a penny. In the meantime I will send their letter on to the Federal Police.

I have also received this very official looking document from DAP, Coral Springs, Florida. U.S.A.
I did report the incident to my local police station.
I do hope that not too many people have been caught in this scam. I really do believe that the people that send this sort of rubbish out in the mail, by email or any other means, should in fact be prosecuted, after all, it is just another for of stealing. I for one wish that I could afford to have them charged with fraud !

I too just rec'd the DAP letter ($1, 750, 233.99) and checked the internet; as believed, it appears to be a scam. R. Witte, USA |

I just received a letter also telling me that I can receive 1, 750, 233.99, which I never even sent anything out or received any e-mails about this. When me and my husband read this we both were able to tell that this is defiantly a scam, because I never recieved any notices, but this one, which said that it was my final one. So if anyone receives this letter, please beware of these scammers and do not send them any money. |

Just to let everyone know that DAP is still trying to scam away, received their 'documents' today (10/04/12) - guess what - for the amount of ...yes... $1, 750, 233.99. You'd think they'd at least try to be a bit more origiinal by now ! Also was the 'Final' notice - never received any previous First or Second contacts, obviously trying to pressure people by scaring them into action as the last chance to apply. Document looks good and convincing, but not the first time they've tried me either.
People beware...

Yes it is still happening here in Western Australia - wouldn't it be great if we all won $1, 750, 233.99 !!
I have received two of these in the past month, plus a half dozen assorted others. I now just write across the front of the envelope R.T.S. and Not AT This Address and post it back to them unopened.
