Corporate Data Center: I signed up with a sales rep on December 29, 2010. Got charged in January 2011 for about $25 for just having the account with no transactions for the month of December. Only three days. In January I ran 4 credit cards for about $200 average and was charged over $40 in fees.' In February I ran 2 credit cards for $400 each and was charged over $46 in fees. In March I ran two cards, one for $400 and one for $72.10. I never got the funds deposited to my account. The risk department said they were doing an audit and had frozen my account due to a new account. They asked for three months of bank statements, my license, merchant ID, credit card copies, signed invoices, and my grandmother's boot size along with all my personal information. I sent them the required items and they said I was not authorized to sell guns and ammo. I replied that I set up the account to allow that. They said I needed to refund the money for the items I sold. So I did. And they then charged me another $16.22 for the refunds and another $31.02 for the March months fees and closed my account. They were over charging me a $9.95 online statement fee, and a $9.99 monthly paper statement fee along with 2.11% on each transaction and $.25 per item and additional terminal fees and gateway fees and then AM set up a $7.95 fee separately each month. I asked for a refund of the online statement fee because this was included in the monthly paper statement fee. I asked for Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, and April online statement fee to be refunded several times. I have never been contacted by customer service about the refund. Stay away from this company. They will rip you off. I am now waiting to see if they take another $99.00 for an early termination fee out of my bank account. I did a search on this company and read reviews finding they looked pretty good and everyone was very happy with there service and fee structure. They must have written all the reviews themselves. All 2500 of them. Stay away from this company. They will rip you off.
