This is a very seriously sick man and he is a very angry, deceptive, lying, cheating, obsessive and abusive man. He engages in a marketin campaign where he tricks psychological professionals into believing that he has a referral for a controversial condition known as Parental Alienation Syndrome. He leads them to believe that he has an immediate referral for them in their area, and the referral in time sensitive. He then has the phone salesman pitch them a 9 DVD se on how to treat and work with this condition, which he sells for between $ 199.00-$ 239.00, and he insists in his pitch of which he is the architect, that the referral is time sensitive so in order to get this referral they must accept the 9 DVD set, but they can pay for it when they can, on an open ended invoice. He refuses to tell them in any methods of communication, wih he exception of the telemarketer's conversation that in fact he will not provide the referral until the invoice is paid. In the time I worked for Mr. Goldberg he was verbally abusive, he lied regularly, he engaged in deceptive business practices and behavior, he was highly unprofessional, using unheard of language and engaged in constant rage with his contracted personnel. I have been in telemarketing for almost 30 years. In my history of telemarketing, I have never seen anyone change their presentation more than this man, in less than 5 weeks, he changed his "pitch" of which he is he "tyrannical architect 27 times! Yet he always insisted that he knew what he was doing. In the end, I believe wholeheartedly that Mr. Goldberg has NO referrals that he will give these people under his pitch and his conditions, and that actually he is just selling a DVD set which appears not even to be accredited for Continuing Education credits, as he firs indicated that it was, then he manipulated his pitch into saying that it was being reworked and would be available in January 2012. To be blunt, this is a very deranged, manipulative, deceptive, dishones, and mentally ill individual who is ;ying to the psychological community about his organization, and is downright verbally abusive, chaotic, and dishonorable in his payment of commissions to his sales staff. |
