This company starts out by lying to you. They contact you shortly after you register for a convention and say they are representing the conference organizer to make hotel reservations. Turns out they have nothing to do with the conference. They lock you in with non-refundable reservation at rack rates and then have the nerve to charge $48 PER NIGHT in non-refundable booking fees. Stay clear, they are the worst company to deal with. Briam Williams is the supervisor but he won't even take you phone calls. They refuse to meet with you and refer you to their lawyer if you ask for your money back when you uncover their fraud. |

Warning, they are doing it many customers!

Additionally, ACPA has removed phone numbers and email addresses from the exhibitor Web site and has ordered Convention Housing Services to cease misrepresenting their services. Be aware that this company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F.
Neither this agency nor any other travel agency is authorized by ACPA to contact or make housing arrangements on behalf of convention attendees. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room at the upcoming ACPA Baltimore 2011 Annual Convention or representing themselves as ACPA, please get as much information as you can, such as name of the company, the person calling, and their telephone number. I have made numerous complaints with their company regarding their practices and yet they continue to operate around our conferences! I have also contacted Brian Williams and he will not take my calls. I will continue to notify my clients regarding their scam and will continue to do so until they cease to do business. |

This person is not honest. I have used them and actually spoken to Brian after leaving a message within 24hours. My sales person asked me to post this because I have dealt with them a few time. they never told me they were the show. They told me they were a business travel agency. I think calling them a scam is a crime in some states. It is true they asked me to sign a contract but I did save about 10% over the prices I could find. I believe this person is slandering the company because he is a competitor. Shameful. I used them and i have a great experience. I wrote this review because I was asked to but I dont mind at all..

This postings are made my competitors. Convention Housing Services is an excellent company. I travel all the time and I use them . I trust them to do my reservations. Its not a scam to offer travel services to business. Im my opinion its a crime to slander someone and call them a scam when they are a illegitimate company. |
