I have been having problems with Christopher's Dodge World at 16655 w. Colfax Ave. Golden, Colorado 80401. I went on June 24th 2011 and went to bye a car and signed the paper work and they said they had to keep the car and perform 99 point per-owned vehicle inspection for the financial paper work to go throw. So I went down on June 25,2011 to pick it up and went to the top down on the car and it was broken. So they said it would be ready on Monday June 27th, 2011 and they called me and said it wouldn't be ready un till Tue June 28th, 2011. So I told them I needed a rental car cause that was the only car I had. And so Eric the guy in sales finally got me and rental car on Monday June 27th, 2011 in the after noon. So they said my car would be ready on June 28th and then I called to see if it was ready and they said it wasn't then I was told it would be ready on June 29th, 2011. So then I took the rental car back on June 29th, 2011 and picked up the 2003 saab 9-3. And then when I got it home they still haven't perform 99 point per-owed vehicle inspection so I call them and they told me to bring it back down on July 11, 2011 and at that time they said they had to detail it and and replace the serpentine belt, and perform the 99 point per-owed vehicle inspection. So they asked me if I could have some one pick me up and I said no. So they got me a rental again for on day. And turned it in on July 12, 2011. And I called capital one about the loan that the dealership was trying to get and I asked them about the paper work I was missing and they said out of all the paper work I gave the dealer ship it wasn't right. and the bob at the dealer ship was telling me that they can use my cell phone bill and my paper work from the post office and combine them so they can get the loan to work and I told them that capital one said that wouldn't work at all. and they told me that could keep the car rental until they get financed for the car I told them no I don't want it I have had nothing but problem scene I had the paper work and the car. so I don't want the car and I don't want anything to do with the stuff anymore. and we think they are going to falsify the paper work I did tell capital one about it also. And they are going to charge me for having the car and I don't think so cause the who time I was told we had financed and I didn't. so I gave them both keys and the car. and I told them I was going to talk to my lawyer and call the news on them. And also when I called them on July 11,2011 about all of this there General sales manager Adam told me to com down and and enjoy my night and hung up on me. my info is 303-xxx-xxxx and my name is Amanda M and my email is @hotmail.com and my mailing address is Idaho Springs, CO 80452
